              In August 2020, Neighborhood Adjusters gave us a price to replace the roof on our house. After providing us with a quote they said NRC Restoration Specialists will be the one installing the roof. Contract signed on 5-12-20 for $18,750. This was an insurance claim for hail damage on the roof of my house. Insurance sent me one check of $10,432.68 and another check of $691.36. On 5-12-20 I paid *************************** $10,432.68 from the insurance check and $4,158.66 as a 50% down payment. The remaining $4,158.66 was going to be paid when the job was completed. On 8-25-20 ***** came back and I wrote another check for $4,850.02 to cover the remaining balance along with the additional $691.36 from insurance. This put the total paid to NRC at $19,441.36. This is over the contract amount by $691.36 and NRC is still asking me for an additional payment of $655.33. After 10 months, nobody at the company can explain why I owe $655.33 and have made very little effort to figure out why.

              Warranted work for two years. About 7 since complete tear off and restoration. As of 7/23 roof is leaking. Will only come out if paid $250 for possible incorrect work. Don't know who they used, put my insurance company paid them over $16,000.00 for a small roof that apparently was not installed correctly.
