            Nitel hid a major portion of their ************** agreement behind an obscure link in the fine print of the actual signed agreement so as not keep customers from seeing full agreement terms. After fulfilling 3 year agreement with them their hidden terms stated that the service term would renew for the same length as the original term and that if not cancelled before the term renewed, then Early Termination fees include all service fees for the entire length of the new term (3 years). This resulted in a bill for over $20,000 when we terminated our service with them 9 days after the term had renewed. They also gave no indication that the term was about to renew or had renewed until after the service cancellation order was complete leaving no recourse for us as the customer. They denied all petitions to waive the *** fees.

            Zero stars is more accurate. We paid for service from Nitel for 3.5 years on a 3 year contract (Covid-19 delays). Nitel is the worst ISP I have worked with in 30 years of IT experience. All their employees are forced to follow their policies on all matters no matter what the situation is, so a large percentage of the time they are aggravating their customers multiple times a month. Any company that doesn't give their employees ****** to adjust how they handle work depending on different situations that arise on a daily basis is a poorly run company, and Nitel is very poorly run. We're glad to have left them for a much better, larger ISP.
