i get multiple calls from this **mpany. GOHEALTH!!! not sure if they exist are a scam or a licensed insurance **

I recently got several bills for a flu shot taken in November. The bill says that my insurance didn't pay for the service, so I was billed $25. When I called them, they said that Fidelis is the only insurance company they accept for vaccinations, so they didn't submit the claim.I was not informed at the time of service that it was a self-pay situationif I had, I would have walked over to any of the three local pharmacies or 2 other urgent cares that would submit my claim for the flu shot.On the phone with my insurance company right nowthey are trying to get the claim submitted.This is not the first time I've gotten a bill for a service they supposedly covered. I guess this is a ****** learnedI'm currently seeing an orthopedist at Northwell and will need a knee replacement in the futureso maybe this is a warning to look for another provider for my surgery.

The worst company in the world to ever work or get insurance from they rip seniors off and trick them into changing there plan for a flex card.

Called them try to get off mailing list...and went thru many questions to get to "an agent" ...trying to get an answer to how i could possibly qualify for extrahelp with groceries..but "agent"seemed unable to answer that basic question...i also told him that i do NOT have ******** and ******** and have already an advantage plan and no advantage plan comes with these benefits unless you have ******** also...and he put me on hold for a long time of piano music during which i kept hearing clicking in the phone (not a cell phone) and he never came back on the call, just "if you'd like to leave a voice message" so I said "obviously this is another scam" and hung up. THEN I checked the internet..and i see there are many people with similar experience. I should have checked this first. United *********** pulled similar c*** when trying to get off their mailing list...they referred me to the **** program ExtraHelp.." which turned out to be another phony "agent advice" since ExtraHelp is tied in with ******** and ********* and which I could not qualify for..tho my income might qualify, my bank account would not..and I told him all that...but i guess since he was really a salesman, and he wasn't going to make a sale, he gave me wrong information. I'm just trying to reduce the clutter in my mailbox of all of these Medicaid/******** scam mail that comes ALL YEAR, not just during the enrollment period.

Repeatedly called from GoHealth from 2 different numbers ***************************** stating that they require more information to complete my health insurance enrollment. I already have health insurance with United Healthcare, I did not request GoHealth or any other insurance company to change my insurance or coverage. The person that called was rude and pushy and repeatedly implied that I must complete my registration or risk losing my coverage.

***************** identifying themselves as ******** and taking advantage of seniors who have mental health issues in the ****************. Contacted a person I have ***** of attorney over and claimed they asked the question and did not then back tracked and said they asked her if she could make her own medical decisions. Something needs to be done about these people and ***** was the carrier they sold her. Terrible people and buyer be ware. If you have ***** of ******** they are a nightmare waiting to happen

Go health has bad business practices and with inside knowledge they treat their employees very abruptly by holding their licensing if they decide to quick or if they terminate them holding licensing for six months which is a persons livelihood putting that individual in a difficult state

I recently received a call from a spoofed number. A person with a very thick accent inquired if I had ******** part A and B. When I confirmed this he said I may be eligible for additional benefits and that he would transfer me to a licensed agent. This agent introduced herself as *******************************. My red flags went up when she asked me to share my membership number on my ******** card for "verification purposes".I checked out ******************************* and she seems to be an employee of a company named GoHealth with it's seat in *******. Part of their business is enrolling people into healthcare programs. Either some scam artist is impersonating to be *******************************. Or else GoHealth commits fraudulent practices.

Watch out for this scam. Got the their solicitation notice in the mail today. Interesting they show their TrustPilot rating and reviews but they dont show their BBB customer reviews (1.38/5). The postcard goes to great length to make it feel like an authentic notice from ******** but its actually an advertisement for another company more interested in trying to sell you insurance plans instead of help you.

ZERO stars rating: I go to GREAT lengths to not get my name and address on ANY kind of mailing list of any kind for any reason. Today I received a solicitation from this company in the **** mail. I have NO idea how they got my name and address but I am very upset about it and I will file complaints with my state health insurance regulators, my state Attorney General and the ****
