The work order dated 2-3-2023 states 4-6 weeks install & fabrication. Yet nearly four months later weve received nothing in return. Our attempts to obtain the status of our order have gone unanswered and our phone calls and text messages have seemingly been ignored.We are no longer interested in doing business with your company and are requesting a full refund. Please send $550 via Zelle toxxxxxxxxxxxxxno later than one month from the date of this letter. If we do not receive a full refund by this date, we will have no choice but to take legal action against you.

This customer has been a problem which he allows every of his staff to get involved. I did some work which he never responded on so I could move forward with his project. And at this point nothing. So If there would be a partial which I would agree to but there has been work already on this project.

DO NOT RECOMMEND?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND INCONSIDERATE. I was left to fulfill a project that I paid in full, in advance for a charity event. Tried to handle issue on a business level, and requested a partial refund of only $30 for incomplete services. I was denied and told things happen by ***************************.

This customer has a very unprofessional motive. I had provided the signs and had the stakes on back order. I received the stakes the next day and she stated it was ok she did not want them. But this individual has a motive which I am not aware of. I provided her service very quickly. I also only charged her $12 for the stakes which she wanted me to pay her $30. and I asked her why and it was stated BECAUSE. I wish not to want to do business with Individual like this. They are SWINDLERS.
