Image they advertise is different than what is sold. Was surprised to find out that the rim cover was missing the center emblem when I opened the box. The emblem is clearly there on the one advertised in the picture but when I contacted them to let them know it was missing I was told I needed to read the print further down in the description that says it doesn't come with it. Very shady business practices in my opinion.

This buyer ignored what is clearly stated on the wheel skin page that he ordered from. We show a graphic on every wheel skin page that says "CENTER CAPS NOT INCLUDED". We do everything to assist our customers and make it clear what they are buying. But in this case **************** did not read the description and made an assumption based on one picture. Had he actually read the description like most of our customers he would have seen a link to the center cap that he needs which is also on the same page. The reason we show center caps on the main photo is because it helps customers visualize what the finished product will look like. If we didn't do that a large number of customers would not understand what the product is and simply would not buy them. We also show the product without a center cap. And we also show a picture of the vehicle with a center cap in the stock wheel and a wheel skin without a center cap. There are no companies that include center caps. Center caps are always a separate sale. If you need a center cap you can order one right on the site. It is unfortunate that this buyer has accused our small company of having shady business practices. It simply is not true.
