Refund & Exchange Policy: 
You may cancel your agreement at any time as described below by calling the toll-free number listed on your Welcome Letter or providing cancellation in writing to: Warranty Program, P.O. Box 3042, Naperville, Illinois 60566-7042. The company may cancel the agreement prior to the end of the current twelve (12) month term for fraud, exploitation of program, abuse, material misrepresentation, non-payment, for violation of any of the terms and conditions of the agreement, unsafe working conditions, or if required to do so by any regulatory authority. If either you or Pivotal Home Solutions cancels the agreement within thirty (30) days from the commencement date and you have not made any request for service hereunder, you will receive a full refund of the agreement purchase price paid. If you or the company cancels
the agreement after thirty (30) days from the commencement date but before the annual coverage term ends, coverage shall continue for the balance of the monthly period in which the agreement is cancelled, and you shall
receive a refund of any advance payments for coverage less the cost of any service.
