            Perfection Home Inspection, LLC performed a property inspection on my rental property at ********************************** on Tuesday PM. The inspector was *****************************, phone no. ************. Friday, I received a call form the occupant on the 2nd floor apartment on Lasalle St, that some rooms there were without electricity after the inspection was completed. The occupant waited a few days for the inspector to return and restore the power, but that never occurred. I contacted Perfection Home Inspection Saturday AM to try to resolve this matter, but the business refuses to accept responsibility and was uncooperative. I was observing the progress of the inspection, and at times the agent was removing electrical panels and prodding where they had no prior authorization. The end result is damage and a loss of electrical power to some rooms in the structure. I am asking that the inspection business step up and offer to pay for the repairs to restore power to the place immediately.

            *** was extremely responsive and professional and returned my call immediately. I needed a house purchase inspection with just a two day lead time. *** did a thorough and professional job while explaining virtually every aspect of the inspection pointing out the good and not so good in straightforward easy to understand language After a 2.5 hour inspection, *** was able to generate a top to bottom inside and out inspection report and cover it with me and my wife in about 45 minutes. I was able to meet the contractual obligation of conducting an inspection in timely fashion while being confident nothing was overlooked.
