Our Promise: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Procom Enterprises, Ltd, you may return most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To receive this full refund or exchange, we require that the returned merchandise is in new, complete and original condition. You need to contact us first to obtain RMA #.
Returns and Exchanges: Audio & Video Items: All returned/exchanged products must be brand new 100% complete with all parts and packaging materials, less than 30 days old.
All returns must have original proof of purchase provided.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may be charged for merchandise returned.
Special orders may not be returned.
Special orders are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Deposits for special orders that are canceled are not refundable.
Labor charges are not refundable.
Security Cameras, Locks, AV devices installed, Alarms if installed unless covered under manufacturers warranty for a defect.
Refunds: Refund check(s) will be processed and mailed after 10 business days.
All refunds which were originally paid in the form of cash or check will be refunded in the form of a check.
If the purchase were paid by credit card, a credit would be issued to the original card presented within 10 business days.

All checks returned by a bank for non-payment will be charged a $25.00 service fee.
