      I purchased 2 separate ductless heating systems in 2021 from Alpine Home Air Products which were installed with the help of a local HVAC contractor. Their customer service and tech support guided ** through the installation process and initial start-up issues. At the start of this year's heating season, I noticed that air was lukewarm and reaching the desired temperature simply did not happen. Even fixing a leak and replenishing the coolant did not change it. So today I called Alpine tech support and just like always, they knew my name and phone number, listened patiently though my litany of woes and then walked me through re-setting the remote, which fixed the problem. Alpine has probably been the most customer-oriented ********************** I've ever dealt with during and after a purchase, and I have remodeled 6 houses from the studs out and dealt with a lot of companies. So, thank you all at Alpine for being as professional, competent and patient as you are!

      Everybody that has given this company a good review got working units out of the box, but let me tell you what happens when their product doesn't work. Nothing. They do nothing to make it right. I bought a 4 ton unit in June 2023. **** dollars that I had to put on a credit card because my old air stopped working. It showed up as promised but when I hooked it up it had a direct short. I called their support team and their tech got the ac portion working after having me by pass this control board and run a wire outside unit to the fan module. When I called back and asked them when they can send a replacement. ( I also purchased a 90 dollar return insurance deal that was supposed to cover sending it back ( they said my problem wasn't covered, that's convenient for them. Must have been in the small print that if it actually doesn't work, then this doesn't cover it. Only if you the consumer want to return it because you don't like it ). What kind of c*** is that. After many calls, they just refunded 200 of the purchase and told me to call another company to figure it out. Now its winter time and my **** dollar unit ( now **** ) doesn't work and my family froze last night. Guess I can go pay hundreds for someone to figure it out because no company I called would touch a brand new unit from another company. They all said to contact the manufacturer. That's what I tried first. This company might be great if your unit comes wired correctly but good luck if you have problems with their equipment. They do NOT stand behind their product.       Purchased a 4 ton heat pump with auxiliary ***** BTU electric modular. This was to replace an 18 year old system, so installation was pretty simple and direct. Simply pulled old air handler and compressor and lines, then installed the new units. Used a ****** product called Stay Bright silver solder as opposed to Silflos, it worked fantastic. All the items needed to install were included with the "Kit" from Alpine, and the instructions were adequate. The unit is up and operating and I have no complaints with the exception of the Thermostat, it comes with a 4 wire with pre-attached connectors. When the unit was first energized, the thermostat was unresponsive at which time I call the Alpine "Help Desk". They were very helpful and indicated I needed to NOT use the provided 4 wire harness that came with the "Kit" but to use just two wires from the board to the thermostat. Once this change was made, the unit performed correctly. I asked why they send a fancy premade harness and then recommend not to use it, but the tech didn't know what to tell me. he indicated that he was confused as to why they did also. I would recommend Alpine Home Air Products to anyone looking for affordable HVAC with a good support system to assist customers during installation and making sure all the components work well after completion.

      I ordered what I thought was a SLIGHTLY damaged item from Alpine Home Air for my trailer roof repair. I received the item and it was BADLY damaged, but I could not tell if it got damaged more during shipment or not. I wondered if I was misled by the online photos. Since I needed to get the job done I hammered out the damage and installed the product. When the opportunity came to leave a review I left a rating of 3 and explained why. A few days went by and I got a call from a very knowledgeable and professional lady named ******. She decided to give me a 50% refund which I thought was very fair. I want to thank ****** and Alpine Home Air for the excellent service after the sale. Kudos to them.

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a complete mini split system they sell under the name Blue Ridge. They are complete junk!! They are made by Midea from ***** and are actually an inferior version of Midea's usual units. I have owned and installed hundreds of Minisplit units mostly Fujitsu and ********** but supply was low on those units and I thought I would take a chance with these. BIG MISTAKE. They never worked properly and when they did work at all they sounded like a freight train outside of my house. I had to *** them in ** Superior court to get my money back. They claimed in official court filings that I agreed to the sales contract and that their goods are sold " AS IS"! They don't need to work!! They then claimed that if you want to *** them you also agreed in the sales contract that you had to do do in the State of ********!! Neither argument stood and they lost, they are appealing that loss. I think everyone should be aware of what a *** company this is. You can follow this link to the ** legal case.
