            New furnace and air conditioner..was replace and (but not the refrigerant line). The air conditioner wont work due to a leak I. The refrigerant line. Airhasnot answer my calls for 5 days no, to let me know they will complete the job. I have MS and cannot get too not. Today was 80+and the air conditioner is not working. This unit has only worked 4/5weeks now and Airtime will not answer My calls. This unit was put I on 12/09/2020 and first started ** in May after Airtime had to come and put in Freon, then that leaked out in about 4 weeks and here I am with A 2 Month old air conditioner that will not work..

            Worst experience ever. Signed a loan with the company on 1/20/21, never could get the company to install new equipment. They fraudulently accepted payment from the loan servicer prior to installation. My current system died and I had to contract another company. They finally start responding after I started work to cancel the loan and hired an attorney. Contractor mentioned multiple personal problems for the delay but communications were far and few between. The contractor now started texting at random times to attempt to resolve after loan in being canceled and won't answer the phone. I do not recommend this company. It also seems they merged with another company *****. Beware of both."
