            We were quoted a full roof tear down, sheeting and shingles installation, and gutters because of hail damage. The crew that replaced our roof left some sheeting that are visibly unstable and should have been replaced. Multiple sections of the shingles along the gutter apron are not attached to any wood and able to be lifted off and sections of the gutter apron isn't attached properly and you can see into the attac space. Company was out multiple times to repair this during our first complaint and this is the state had left it in. We have had multiple roofing companies and adjusters come out to look at this and we were told each time that to repair the issues we would have to completely redo the entire roof. When the gutters were rehung the gutters after their repairs they are no longer sloped correctly to drain. The contractor feels that the roof is satisfactory and refuses to rectify the problems correctly.
