I hired and signed a contract with ***** from Complete7Construction Group on 10/03/2023. I paid a deposit via check on 10/11/2023 for $5,342.50. The total contract amount was for $10,685.00. The contract stated that they would complete the following work:CHIMNEY:Remove deteriorated cement, (3) courses of bricks.Rebuild (3) courses of bricks make it even with first brick course.Build new chimney crown 43x43x 3 1/2 th. To prevent water penetrating ******************** $3,950.00.MASONRY:First floor east side window decoration.Grind mortar joints, area where bricks needs to be removed.Remove wall cracked souvenir bricks and bricks design over window. (Not even, strait etc,)Rebuild window bricks design, wall over the window (matching ************************ $3,500.00.MASONRY:First floor west side under window sill.Grind mortar joints, area where bricks need to be removed.Replace/lay approximately (24) ************************ $975.00.CONCRETE:Remove loose/damage seal between brick wall and concrete walkway.Install new foam pre-caulking filler rope ******************* 1/2 grey.Install new NP-1 sealer match *********************** $1,225.00.GUTTERS:Clean clogged gutters and down spouts.Labor Only. $395.00.VENT:Outside exhaust vent dryer missing a damper cover.Install new exhaust vent *********************** $150.00.MASONRY: Remove intercom boxes from brick wall (front door/patio door)Lay bricks make opening for door bell.ALLOWANCES: ***************** $490.00.However, the only work they completed was the intercom boxes (which bricks were not purchased for). They partially replaced the concrete filler, and did not do the work as described for the chimney or the 1st or 2nd masonry projects. The masonry work never replaced or removed any bricks and they only did tuckpoint work.After discussing with ***** that the work was not completed, they never came back or answered any of the multiple calls or emails that I sent.
