*********************** was my sales rep and inspector. He made it so easy to file my claim. Basically did the whole thing. Amazing man! And Amazing work Alpha did. Very fast and a great job ????  

This is a very shady company and I don't recommend them at all! We had them come out to give us an estimate on a new roof, but they could never give us an estimate, they said it depends on our insurance company so after many many calls and e mails asking for a ballpark estimate they would not give us one- after the job was done they up charged and overcharged our insurance company for work and materials that we never had done-they are only about getting as much money out of your insurance company as possible!     

I called **** from Alpha storm solutions to give me an estimate for my roof. I had already had to patch it due to wind damage. **** set up an appointment for me to meet with ****, who is another truly consummate professional, to look at my project. I expected **** to measure my roof and tell me that it is X number of square feet, and it would be Y number of dollars to replace it. That is not what happened! After inspecting my house, the men from Alpha storm solutions showed me pictures of the hail damage not only on my roof but my siding, (the siding had holes punched out!) the facia, and the roof vents! Now Im wondering how I will ever be able to pay for all this damage. That when they said that it should be covered by my homeowners insurance and sure enough it was. Alpha Storm then contacted (with my permission) my insurance company and went to work! The insurance company covered the damage however because the roof was old, they deprecated it. Also, they would only cover 16 square feet of siding and so on. This was my first claim ever and I have paid for that insurance for 30 years or so. Whatever Sorry I digress. Fast forward to today: Alpha storm solutions came out and not only replaced my roof, but they also patched some soft spots, removed old nonfunctioning flu pipes, put on a new chimney cover, and installed new gutters!!I was expecting all these extras to cost something, but they did all this and all I had to pay was my insurance deductible! Wow I never imagined it could be this painless.They did the whole roof in a day and left my landscaping undamaged and spotless. I cant praise Alpha storm enough.

Junior was first to come to tell us we had hail damage to my roof. At that time I signed what I thought was a release of information which is all he told me it was. I got another estimate and decided to go with them because they were cheaper. ****** told me I owed them 15% which was on the back of the contract I signed which he did not offer to show me and I did not look on the back of the paper I signed. I proceeded to talk to his boss, and he was very condescending and abusive ****** he knew ****** told us what the contract was for because he trained him. I would never recommend this company! Be careful what you sign! I wished I would have looked further into Alpha storm because I definitely am out big money, and these people dont even care! They have not ordered anything or done any work! I have spoke with a lawyer, and because of the wording on the back sheet of the contract, I have to pay! I had even referred someone else and had another house for them to work on! I am screwed, and I just dont want anyone else to get screwed also!

This company is shady, first off they are subcontractors not roofers. One of their inspectors/salesmen came to check out a leak on our roof and some black mold we had in the attic. He then said he found storm damage and we could get the moldy roof decking and leak all replaced for the price of our insurance deductible, and they would even advocate for us to the insurance company. Sounded good, we moved forward. Sales manager came the next week to sign the contract, also highly recommended adding deck air shingle roof vents to improve our attic airflow and prevent mold from reoccurring, which were not covered by the insurance and cost another $1700 out of pocket. He also tells us that the first salesman was incorrect in saying that insurance would cover the decking, and told us we would have to pay additional for the sheets of moldy ply to be replaced. My wife and I were surprised at the increased cost but wanted to get it done right, so went ahead. The contracted roofing team came and did the roof, but none of the moldy decking we discussed was replaced. We even called as they did the job and expressed our concerns that the roofers did not look to be replacing the decking we discussed, and they said dont worry they are replacing it, we will even send someone to check it out. Sales guy comes and walks around the house for a few min and then leaves, doesnt talk to us at all. We call again to make sure and they reassure again the moldy decking was getting done. Jobs done, we look in the attic, none of those ply boards were replaced. We complain, the manager and owner come over, peek in the attic, say oh yeah thats not right but your contract only said 3 sheets ply would be replaced and the roofers used them. It will be at least another $2k out of pocket, possibly more, to replace that decking. We were so sick of the lies to us and miscommunication they had with their team so we paid for the job and left it at that. Had to pay someone else to remediate mold
