Avoid this company at ALL costs. They have zero care for their customers. First of all, setting up the account with them is the biggest headache and almost made me quit entirely. Secondly, their contracts are convoluted and very intentionally misleading. They promise an end of loan rebate for on time payments and a payoff with zero late payments. I set up an auto pay with my bank so that I wouldnt forget to make a payment but what they dont tell you is that sometimes it takes them and their bank up to 10 days to process your payment. My suspicion is this is 100% on purpose and intended so that they can avoid the rebate. I didnt find this delay out until I finished paying off the Loan and I requested the rebate since I had missed zero payments and made 100% of them at least 5 days early. This company does not communicate well, they hide important details, and they grossly over charge. They are dishonest at their core. I regret ever using them. Because of my experience with them, my flight school has since refused to ever do business with them again. Be warned, you will get screwed over and you will end up paying at least 30% more than they tell you will. Youre better off getting a credit card or going to a credit union for assistance in your training.
