              Put in a request for a birth certificate, followed shortly by a cancellation request not even 10 minutes later. 4 days go by and I finally get a call stating they need me to fill out a notary form. I had mentioned about the status of my cancellation request and was told that it cant be cancelled due to an account already being set up with the state. For anyone looking to get any certificates or forms I highly recommend you try anywhere else. This place is a scam.

              National Records. Org I personally have found to be extremely disappointed. Once I've paid the $168 dollars for my elderly parents lost marriage license. ********************************************** took all their personal information about my poor elderly parents and scammed me out of everything. They don't respond to your order #. They give you and never call you back. And now they scammed my 90 year old parents out of their money and left with nothing to show for it. This is company is exactly what is wrong with America and not carrying about nothing but (shut up and give us your money old people) my father is a decorated naval officer that spent his life risking his everything to make sure we Americans stay safe. This is a very sad company National records.org is. I work directly for the federal government and I need guidance in shutting down garbage compies that take our loved elderly parents. Grandparents etc. money. Now my parents are scared of everything because national records has ALL their personal information to exploit. Please better business bureau have some of your finest employees look into this company and SHUT THEM DOWN A.S.A.P Thank you for your time and efforts.
