Refund & Exchange Policy:

* Special orders and/or Custom orders are non-stock.
* No returns or refunds on any cut wire product
* Large quantity orders (10 or more) are non-returnable.
* Clearance sale items.
* All light bulb sales.
RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NEW CONDITION: All returns must bein new condition and in their original packaging and must be returned within30 days of date received.
There is a minimum re-stocking fee of 25%. The actual return fee willbe based on the manufacturer return costs plus shipping.
We do not acceptreturns on items that have been installed, with any modifications, cut wires,or without the original packaging.
Please make surethat you are satisfied with your order before installing it or modifying itin any way. If the item(s) are damaged during shipment, please notify usimmediately and we will rectify the issue.

The estimated delivery dates are based on our pastexperience with the manufacturer and/or the estimated delivery date given bythe manufacturer. Century Electric Supply is in no way responsible for theaccuracy of the estimated delivery dates; they are estimates only and may besubject to change. Century Electric Supply is in no way responsible for anyinstallation costs or cancellation fees. If you need to cancel your order, wewill do our best to try to cancel the order before it has shipped. If theorder has shipped you will be responsible for any restocking fees and/orshipping and handling charges.
All orders cancelledbefore shipment is subject to a $10.00 Cancellation Fee.
