    In August 2021 my business was struck by lightning which fried my credit card machine. Transnational sent me out a new machine but I was not able to use that machine because I had dial-up only and this machine was either for Wi-Fi or Internet connect. I paid 399 for this machine and I was going to keep it and use it The next year.In the meantime TransNationa sent me out another machine that still had dialog capability which I installed September 9, 2021 that is the same day that I was being billed long distance phone calls to ********.Numerous calls to transnational got me nowhere. I tried to explain to the employees the problem to which they kept saying it was impossible because the credit card processors are only programmed to dial out 800 numbers .I took the processor into the phone company and they ran a diagnostics. I ran a ***** on my credit card, and it showed the 800 number it dialed out for that then I did a manual settlement and again their diagnosis showed another 800 number that dialed out. Thats what its supposed to do. Its right after that that the processor Dials out a long distance number to *********** ******** . *********** and if that number doesnt pick up it dials out ************. This has been happening since September 9 the same day I plugged in that used machine. I sent the machine back to them along with my **** from the phone company for $242 asking for reimbursement and they said that that would be difficult to do.In November I did receive a call from ****** from TransNational and she admitted that the long-distance numbers that were being dialed Was the machine trying to get updates. Their offer to me was a new machine. I could not get TransNational to stop taking money out of my account so I closed it. Now they want an additional $250. They turned me into Collections which call twice a month. I am not asking for reimbursement for the machine I bought, just phone calls.

    I was ready to partner and begin processing with Celero Commerce also known as Transnational Payments around January 2023. Despite knowing about complaints registered against these two companies on BBB and Trustpilot, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I signed up with *********************** (Senior Account Manager) for Celero and Transnational Payments. She told me that my account has been approved with Transnational Payments and I can begin processing soon. I never heard from her or her company again. I couldn't get a hold of her. I received no communication Via email. I tried calling her office again to find out that my account has been denied. More importantly, Transnational payments pulled my credit without my consent and that's after I was told account was approved. Just not the experience I was looking for. I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I have lost valuable time and energy. Very unprofessional treatment. I do not recommend Celero Commerce or Transnational Payments for Merchant Account Processing. Stay away from these people as far as you can. *** Vape Town
