This is a follow-up review. A few years ago, we were running out of space and compared moving to adding on a room. We had a two-story front room and wanted to add a second-story bedroom. The first builder who came out for an estimate said that it would not be possible to build it without putting a support pole in the front room. Reliable was the second builder to come out and they were able to build the second-story bedroom exactly as we had envisioned it, creating supports without putting the post in the front room. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day and kept us informed of the project steps. They took the time to show my curious young son how the equipment worked. We are very happy with the result.

Reliable Home Improvement does not live up to what they promise. In fact they prove to be very unreliable.It took over a year to start the project and have been they are way behind the schedule of completion.We were mislead and duped and want to warn people to stay away from this company. I am sorry you feel this way. Like the rest of the world we went through the pandemic and survived despite all of the labor and material issues. Yes, it has taken us longer these past couple of years to start projects due to all the issues the pandemic created. Nonetheless, we put out a very quality product and stand behind it 100%. In 2009 we chose this company after vetting 3 or 4 others to complete a room addition/expansion, and add a 3rd bay to our garage. We chose them as they were in the middle of the price range quotes we got, as well as their architect **** up a plan that included every single item on our wish list. 13 years later the high quality of the work remains true. We have never had any issues with the construction. The entire team was always professional, on time, and we love the additional living space. We are currently planning a minor upgrade to our kitchen...too small of a job for this company...but we are having difficulty sourcing fixtures that will work in our existing kitchen space. Since we were former customers, they generously sat down with us to help us find the right equipment (kitchen sink) that will fit in the current kitchen configuration. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat if I had another major project to complete.Review from Pamela B

I did a full "tear out" and rebuild of my kitchen and bathroom in 2020 with Reliable Home Improvement. Now, my kitchen is a delight to **** in and my bathroom has an enlarged shower, built-in washer and dryer and a beautiful mosaic floor. Even in the middle of Covid-19, the project proceeded smoothly and safely. RHI is a professional design and remodeling company which has the advantage of ******************************************************************** and around *******. The staff in the office, my superintendent, all the trades, the kitchen designer, the architect and management effectively worked together providing great support and assistance during my project and even afterwards! Reliable is the best! Dont bother looking for any other contractor if you are contemplating remodeling your home. We did a complete second story addition, with the plan that my mom would come in and live with us because of all of her health problems. Sadly, she ended up passing away during the addition. The ****** family not only gave me a week off from noisy construction workers taking over my home, but they sent me a huge bouquet of flowers. I was amazed that they would do those kind gestures for me. Even with the week off, the addition was completed before the expected time. They also stand behind their work and I mean for years to come. They are amazing!
