            We had new siding installed by this company a few years ago. Last year, we noticed that a piece of the siding was cracked and needed to be replaced. We have extra pieces and just need someone to come out and install it. We contacted the company (Dean *******) the first time on October 5, 2020 about the issue, and several times after that. Then winter came and we waited until spring to contact him again in March. On March 30, I received a text from Dean that they guys were headed our way. They never showed up. On April 15, 19 and 23 I contacted Dean again to find out when they were coming. On April 23 I was told someone would be out the following Monday or Tuesday. No one came. On May 1, I texted Dean again with no response, and finally again now on May 22. I don't know if this cracked piece is covered under the warranty or not, but what good is it if I can't get someone out to do the work? Ridiculous service....will NEVER recommend to anyone.

            We had an excellent experience working with ARC Restoration & Windows and absolutely **** our new siding, soffit, facia, and gutters! Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgable, professional, and trustworthy! The installation team did an excellent job from start to finish and their attention to detail is well appreciated! We highly recommend ARC Restoration & Windows for all of your exterior home improvement needs!
