I have an Eaton Tripp Lite smartnet, that I purchased, When plugged in it didn't work. Which ok, I'll open a ticket to ahve it fixed. The issue is, when they ask whats wrong with it, I get no response. I have inquired multiple times on the status, yet no reponse. The customer service is of poor quality right now.Review from David C

This company survives on bait and switch tactics. Their bluetooth adapter was "revised" several years ago, but they still sell it as the same product. It is not the same. The old "Revision 1" adapters had a normal driver and allowed connecting to bluetooth through the Windows Bluetooth settings, but the "Revision 2" one requires a (terrible) licensed software called Bluesoliel. Literally right after installing the software from the disc Tripp Lite provided it throws warning saying it is counterfeit.I contacted Tripp Lite about this and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue except offer me a surge protector. If their surge protectors work as well as their bluetooth adapters I wouldn't trust them to protect a lamp.I have filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this and am currently waiting for the results.Review from pete r

Words cannot describe how awful my experience was.I bought a APS700HF. It is an inverter charger. In the description it says for use with computers.Well it is not, plain and simple. I fried 3 units trying to use it on computers. Just got off the phone with tripplite. They have evaluated all three and had this to say "we really do not want people using these units with computers" :facepalm: They offer nothing else but to send me a 4th! unit. They removed my review from their site. This has taken 3 months to resolve with me finally being out $400 on battery's and their product. Total scam and waste of time. I repeat. The product description says in the first sentence "for use with computers" then the tech tells me today "we do not want people to use this product with computers"How would that make you feel?
