            My computer was sent to this company for warranty repair. I was told that they'd repair the broken screen. I paid to send it off to them to be serviced. I was informed today that it won't be repaired. The screen can be replaced by me. There are files on there that I still need access to. The laptop is usable when connected to a monitor via HDMI.

            Purchased a Razer laptop in 2019 and bought an extended warrenty through the company. Little did I know that the warrenty is actually through a 3rd party, welcome VT Services Inc. They ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. I have no had to send a computer to them multiple times, with the latest one I got back a laptop w/o a serial number sticker (O well who cares). Well turns out VT services cares when you attempt to send the laptop back, no sticker no help. So now after spending thousands of dollars you are left with their mess because no one is held accountable at all.

However, you did not purchase an extended warranty agreement through VT Services, **** We are an authorized service provider for your warranty company. Having said that, in order to service devices sent in for repair under the warranty, we are obligated per our agreement directly with your extended warranty company, to verify information such as the serial number.
