Progressive Insurance came up with some bull c*** bill after I canceled early with them ($100). So, I was contacted by Caine & Weiner. I paid the $100 and they said they would remove it from my credit report. Two months later it's still there. I filed a dispute with *********** credit monitor, and they replied with "Consumer disputes this account information, Subject has not satisfied debt". So now that's on my credit report. These people are not attorneys. They are hacks and need shut down!Review from Holly B

This corporation illegally accessed without my consent private business information either through, selling, purchasing, borrowing, sharing, viewing, discussing, acquiring, publicly and privately information pertaining to me and other consumers without our consent and furnished untrue, unverified information about me personally in order to profit financially. This had a severe impact on my business and personal well being. No corporation should have the right to illegally destroy a consumers reputation. I do not have any agreements and or business dealings with ****** Companies like this attempt to violate and bully consumers into paying paid in full unverified and non validated debts. I will definitely be seeking Legal counsel from a Class Action Attorney to make sure this never happens to anyone ever again.Review from Leona F

Minus 100 stars....not one!!This business has been harassing us for a supposed **** due they claim has been sent to them for collections. I've have contacted the business they are "collecting" for on numerous occasions to make sure there was/is no remaining balance and this has been confirmed numerous times. I have also sent ****** *********, Caine and Weiner's "*****************************" proof of this numerous times. She is still contacting me via email and attempts to contact via phone as well. She has been rude and unprofessional throughout all of this, and never accepts my attempts to tell her that we owe NOTHING to them or the previous client. I would appreciate any suggestions anyone has to get them to stop contacting us immediately. It's ridiculous that this place is still in business, especially reading the reviews where people are having the exact same issue. They need to be shut down. Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns.

We would like to address the individual's concerns, however we are unable to identify the account in our system based upon the information provided. We are requesting additional details such as our file number, the phone number called, the exact name and/or address associated with the account or something similar so that we may properly reply. We do wish to attempt to find an amicable resolution but need some assistance in identifying the account.
