I had been ordering from this company for 9 years. On my last order I did not receive the product. I was on the phone with them for hours over this issue. They said I did not choose the correct address and that they shipped it to my old address. That is not true. After much arguing they said they would ship it out again. Again I did not receive it. They then said that they shipped it to the wrong address again. And, they said if I wanted the product I would have to pay for it, AGAIN. So I am out the money and never received the product. These people are rude; I have not received my product, and they have taken my money.

Hello, as we did ship to the address entered on your web order what we did not do was verify the address for the new shipment. As our vendors do not change address on orders. As a one time courtesy we have refunded you for the item only.Review from David N

Somebody needs to look into this place. I ordered something a month ago and haven't recieved it. All the reviews state the same thing. Alot of people haven't recieved the stuff they bought.We're being robbed.Review from Caelan T

I emailed this company immediately after placing an order (forgot to include apartment number and selected wrong item) as there's no easy way to cancel orders which I'm now realizing is probably by design. Heard nothing back via email. I contacted them by phone Monday and was told by a customer service rep that my order had been canceled successfully and I wouldn't be charged...****. Tuesday morning I checked my account statement to find that the money had been taken out of my account. I had better see a refund for that fraudulent charge ASAP.Steer clear of this company. I really wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. I will be notifying my bank about the fraudulent charge.Scrip, Inc. Response

I wish i had checked reviews before purchase!!! I ordered urgent medical supplies to be delivered by the time my father came out of hospital; no delivery or communication by expected shipping date. i called and emailed asking status and if not coming cancel order. was told coming soon!! emailed back asking what is soon? received email saying it will be delivered the following day. nothing was delivered. I ordered from amazon as per mail. finally items came after the amazon delivery. I have been calling and emailing to return and refund money with no success.I will continue to write bad reviews on every site until i get refund. or company declare bankruptcy!!!Scrip, Inc. Response

Hello, we have refunded you for this item that delivered with in the **** time frame stated on our website. A long with the refund we have also let you keep the items for this issue even thought it was delivered with in the **** delivery window along with the 2-3 day processing time stated on our website.Review from JAMES V

This company is terrible. I ordered a product. It was to come in a month. When it didn't, I wrote twice to find out what happened and received no response back. Then I got a credit memo for the item, refunding my money, but with no explanation of why. Was the product discontinued? Did they run out? I finally called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I was told the product was on back order with no idea of when new product would be shipped. But there was not one word of explanation until I called.Plus, every day I'd get at least one junk email advertising new products. I would not order from them until they got their act together.Review from Michele L

Received an item that was supposedly non-returnable - didn't see that - but regardless, it was way too big and cheaply made. Called - spoke with rep who gave me her personal email to send photos - I did, never heard back...I called to confirm email and spoke to someone else...it was the right one...and would be a few days? Never heard back. I wrote an email to follow up...nothing...no response to the photos or the follow up email. Customers should be treated better than this. I have wasted my time with emails and phone calls - It's obvious she is avoiding me....and out ***** for a pair of briefs that were never worn either.Scrip, Inc. Response

I made a purchase and have yet to receive any confomation of shipping, nor can I find my order on the site. Following my order I am getting in my email several unwanted "male enhancement" ads which I was not prior!!10/12/2021 UPDATE:!!!! I recieved my $69.00 pakage today...what was supposed to be a lawn cart in fact is an XS pink tank-top. Do not buy from here.
