            Called for chimney cleaning and inspection with quote for any repairs. On Aug 22, 2022, Technician called on the way to confirm dryer vent cleaning, which was not what we requested. Was on site for 5 minutes before Saying that we needed Level 2 cleaning for $500 and $500 in repairs for the fireplace. He said he would not do the level 1 cleaning and would send quote for repairs. Received 2 quotes at 1:20 AM that next morning, one for $7000 in repairs for someone else's address and another with pictures of someone's dryer vent - not my house either. Called to complain on 8/24/2022 and I was told that the manager would call back which they never did. Then they sent email 6 days later on 8/30/22 asking if we wanted to do the repairs, which I replied on that same day that I did not get a quote with pictures for my house and got someone else's (with their private info). Never got a response.

            Very friendly. Had them out to fix a gas fireplace that we had been having issues with for the last year. The appointment went very smooth and the fireplace works as if it was new. Extremely happy.
