Located in Wheaton, IL, this building and its grounds serves individuals from all across DuPage county, including Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Carol Stream, Glendale Heights, Naperville, Aurora, Bloomingdale, Addison, Bensenville, and Roselle. The home was built by commodity trader Daniel F. Rice and his wife Ada in 1939, and was the home farm of 1965 Kentucky Derby winner Lucky Debonair. The white brick, 19-room home and its 780 acres, with outbuildings and a 23-stall Kentucky-style stable, were purchased by the Forest Preserve in 1980.

Danada House can accommodate up to 250 guest in the Atrium or 90 guests in the main level of the House, and is commonly rented out for weddings, bridal showers, family reunions, memorial services, social events, business seminars, birthday parties, retirement parties, holiday parties, and anniversaries. Its all season annex, the Atrium, has tile flooring, a wooden dance floor, state-of-the-art lighting, wireless internet, and climate control, making it suitable for receptions, dances, and other celebrations. Danada House works with seven approved caterers with a variety of different menu options, and there are 12 different hotels within a five-mile radius of the location, ensuring that there is plenty of lodging for even the largest event.
