            We signed a contract with a 2000.00 deposit on June 5th. The salesman Justin Peacock was to reach out to us to get the exact measurements of the windows, the exact gridwork to give to the HOA to get approval for the windows but he never called. He did send them a week later, my husband decided that after 3 weeks of them not coming out to finalize measurements for the windows we decided not to do business with them as the loan we applied for is going to expire and now we will have to apply for a new loan and this affects our credit. They only reached out to us because we had let them know we wanted to cancel. They are now saying they will not give us a refund and the money was for work done. But they only visited once, it was a salesman not a worker, to get the sale, and we have not seen them since.

            Gramex replaced the siding and roof on our home and detached garage. They were a tremendous help in picking a color combination that gave us the updated look we wanted. The crews were friendly and cleaned up after they finished working.We have recommended Gramex to our family and friends
