Ordered university clothing for my son's Christmas present. I received someone else's order, clothing from a different university in another state. Received a credit for my original purchase but was told I would have to re-order the items. They also said the items were no longer available at the price I paid so I would have to pay more. Don't understand why the store manage couldn't resubmit my original order?Contacted the other university that I mistakenly received another persons order. I was told to send the items back. I did at my own expense. I asked for reimbursement for the shipping costs and was told I could only receive credit for items at their university store. Why would I purchase items from university that I have no affiliation with, that I've never even heard of?Both these university bookstores failed to resolve the issue put before them.Review from Tracy J

If you are a small business, DO NOT do business with Follett. They do not pay their bills. If a University asks you to supply products to them, make sure that Follett is not involved in any way or you will never see your money. I have two invoices that have been overdue for months and am getting nothing but the run around from Follett. I provided all of the paperwork and answered all of their questions and they still refuse to pay the invoices.Review from Thomas P

Reached out to customer ********************** several time in regards to them randomly canceling my order. The reason they stated was multiple orders to the same address. How does that make sense. Attempt to reorder one item was also canceled. They would not honor a promo code given at a bookstore. They would not honor a promo code was the actual reason. They would not admit that is the reason. Second cancelation was one one item and order. When talking to customer ********************** the referred me to there processing department. The processing department has not returned call, email, or text. Very poor way to run a business. Especially a college bookstore.Review from Ashlee T

Small businesses beware! Follett does not pay for invoices in a timely manner, in fact we have outstanding invoices of over $50,000 from November of 2022 and on. After numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone calls, only a few emails were returned asking for the same information over and over again. Looking for resolution any way we can.

Do not accept purchase orders from Follett. They do not pay invoices for products that they have received. Only 1 in 12 contacts at the company responded to my inquiries, and that response also went nowhere. Follett steals from small businesses.Follett Corporation Response

Small business vendors beware, Follett doesn't pay invoices. Repeated phone calls and emails to resolve outstanding invoices are simply ignored. Very disappointing in today's economy especially with Follett being such a large corporation. To not pay small businesses and yet make money off of their products is noteworthy.Review from Sara B

Do not rent textbooks from this company. Awful and rude customer ********************** via email and telephone. They treated me like I was dumb for asking them any questions at all. Notification Emails received from them are vague and do not clarify where you are in the rental process. They also make you pay shipping to return their textbook. USE AMAZON TEXTBOOK RENTALS.
