$2,285.14 on 10/5/2023 paid in cash.1) I was not allowed to pay by credit card with the hidden fee only seen when entering the local shop.2) I was not properly waived the towing for non-emergency services of repair of my vehicle thus the repair shop acts deceptively with two different entities as a concern for a cash business only as seen with the hidden credit card fees.3) I was not given a proper free diagnostic evaluation after a complete brake repair.4) My brake repair was completed but because the vehicle is a 4x4 that I believe the repairs could be good for a standard 2x4 but eventually the brakes seem to experience a leak and thus result in complete brake failure. This was not repaired even if the full brakes were repaired and thus the front brakes were brand new prior but the concern was still unable to be evaluated why I had new brakes and the shop newer brakes did not resolve this concern as to simply just install new brakes without questioning the first brake inconsistency. 5) I would like warranty repairs but I was deceived when the tow mechanic overrided my concern that this was a complete brake failure due to no brake fluid thus tried to incorporate hidden costs in this warranty repair without notice to myself who ordered for warranty repair. I essentially had to make sure the tow pulls in the vehicle instead of driving the vehicle thus when I called they did not provide a tow mechanic with proper orders to pull in the vehicle as to deceptively cancel my ability to receive warranty repair due to deceptive business practices of a tow company and a repair shop company. I would like to receive warranty of the repair but from my standpoint I do not believe they can provide a proper warranty detail on these brakes if the brakes are generally brand new thus I would like to be given the ability to allow the manufacturer dealership **** to make an inspection and repair the brakes thus be reimbursed in full or recognize negligence if found by ****.
