Ordered an ac compressor and new engine mounts for my vehicle. Parts were delivered, opened the boxes, I received the ac compressor. Did not get the engine mounts. I've called the location the item was shipped from, told me they couldn't help me. They gave me a phone number to someone else, they couldn't help either. Called the online customer ********************** number, and they told me the same thing everyone else told me. Because it's an online order there's nothing they can do to help me get the right parts. These people need to get their heads out of their ***** and stop ripping people off and giving people the run around. Very shady business practices. Guess I'm gonna be out 100 bucks. Oh well. I paid 75 Dollars for the transmission Core and they did not want to return it to me because my transmission came disassembled and had to be complete and with all the parts working. Which is not obvious, which is why I replaced my transmission because it was not in good condition.Review from Wes C

Went in to buy a part and i did not want a guarantee, but was charged anyway,it say it comes with a 90 day guarantee, but they never ask if you want it,they are a bunch of crooks,i will never go and look for junk ****,then pay high prices and half to walk miles,when i can go to **** and get it for same price and not have to go around a inbred facility, i will spread the wordReview from David C

*******-SW location on ********************* Rd, I bought a fender last Monday 3/18/24. When I got home I checked online the price I was charged and found I was over charged $11.00 for the fender. On Wednesday I went back and spoke to the location manager, *** and was simply old i didnt know what I was talking about and that they do not refund over-charges. He handed me a paper and was told to call corporate for a refund. I called numbers all over the nation and many ended up saying their offices were closed, that they were open M-F 8:00 thru 5:30 but it was 2:45 right then??!!.I guess I will just handle it with a charge-back through my credit card. NEVER PAY CASH, ALWAYS USE A CREDIT CARD TO PROTECT YOURSELF!! BEWARE of LKQ-PICK YOUR PART!!!Review from Robert B

Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!I Went to Lkq to buy used axle and they told me that I had a choice of used or a rebuilt axle . They told me ****** for used and 1400 for rebuilt . I choose rebuilt because was planning on having my Tahoe for several years .The axle was delivered to my local shop in GA from ***** . I payed to have installed which was ****** . 3 weeks later the axle seals leaked . I called themand they said that they would replace it , but I have to pay for 2/3 of the install . I payed it , another axle was installed. 2 weeks later , axle was whinning . Same thing , had to put in another axle . 2 months later again , axle seals leaking . I told them that I was not paying for the install again , but they didn't pay the full cost . 5 months later , leaking at the drive shaft. I was on the last month of my year warranty. They sent another axle . Now there is grinding inside of the axle and the warranty is expired. This axle is junk , and I will never buy from LKQ ever again . I payed for 2/3 of the install every time the axle has failed ******* for the original axle Replaced 4 times costing me ****** each time .Now axle is bad again and can't drive my vehicle. Total cost of this junk cost me ******* And a non working vehicle. Also , if you don't have a certified shop install , than your warranty is voided Don't buy from LKQReview from Dale Y

I had the most amazing customer experience after being denied support on 3 seperate occasions. ************************************** supported with making purchases not once but two times on two separate calls and transactions. I don't know how to get her recognition for going above and beyond. Please give her a raise or make sure she knows how special she is in a time where nobody cares about the customer experience. I was helpless and made everything better. She is a bright star with LKQ. I will restate that I was rejected twice but other representatives and she supported me and made feel like I matter in this helpless position I'm in. I don't ever want to deal with anyone but her if I have to contact lkq. Thank you for your support and making me feel like my needs were important. I can't say this enough. I hope you know that you are appreciated. I wish there was something I could do to show you just how much. Thanks again.Review from Frank F

Engine part prices is a big problem. Just tried to pick up some camshafts from a yard near me and was charged 350+ a cam on a engine that was still full assembled and honestly the car been there since January. Well going to miss the 45 a camshaft price cause today they lost out on money and a repeat customer. Best of luck to corporate and the decision to hike up engine part prices.Review from Jay G

The new pricing guidelines charge you more than the actual part you are receiving ,because they put incorrect barcodes on the part in question. You try talking to the manager and she just looks at u like you are stupid. I never would have gone through the trouble of pulling the part if I had known the correct price was not going to be honored.Review from Gabe L

I am a shop that purchases from them. They quoted me a price for a transmission I provided all vehicle information, vin, make model ect. Told them the transmission was a 1 year production. When transmission was dropped off wrong, When I contacted ****** at **** ** location i was told oops I see that. I can now get you the right one but its gonna cost an extra $500.00. I was told there's nothing i can do about it, corporate doesn't care there's nothing they would do. Pay it or send it back. Also we cant give you your check back or come grab part because my driver is busy. Then when asked for supervisors number *********************** will not answer or return phone calls. THEN when asked for alternative supervisor I was told call the 800 number and hope someone answers. Then was asked the local rep ****** he told me theres no number he has access too. Warning don't buy parts from LKQ they have horrible customer ********************** I ordered an engine for a 2007 ***** Silverado they sent me an engine for a **** Silverado which is not compatible they are blaming me for their mistake and don't want to make it right now I'm stuck with the engine that I can't use **** dollars later don't buy parts from this company they will not warranty or make it right for you
