      I recently spent over $700 with this company (October 2023), I bought a plethora of new restoration parts for a **** Chevelle. About 45 days after I bought these parts (subtract the 10 days it took them to get me the parts) I discovered a defective "SS" emblem that was totally unacceptable for installation. This was a chromed and painted part that somehow was bent to the point that it would not fit flush to the fender and had a terrible gap. Their response was to **** is back and install it. I was shocked at their response and told them no, I'm not bending this part to make it fit, the chrome will probably crack and chip and I wanted it replaced. They gave me the biggest bunch of c*** because I exceeded their "30 day" return policy. Total s*** show with these guys. Do not buy from these folks. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      An absolute s*** show with these clowns. Ordered Trunk rods for my **** GTO Hard Top and they said they have 2 sizes. I asked why and they didn`t know. (no other company had you choose from 2 sizes)I went ahead and ordered and sure enough they`re the wrong size. I paid about $150 and when i asked to return them the ignoramus manager told me to pay for the return shipping which was over $100 from *** here in ******. He then proceeded to belittle me for ordering the wrong size and generally insulted all ******** buyers. Please , listen to me, this place is the worst place to buy parts from. As soon as there is a problem this dummy starts blaming you and attempts to belittle you..hoping that intimidation will make you go away. This was not the first time i`ve had an issue with then , i should have learnt my ****** but believe me, i won`t be making this mistake again and nor should you.

      **************** is terrible they are rude and hang up on you. The parts are cheap ***** junk and they don't stand behind them. They give you the run around. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else.

      Its obvious why this company has such a poor rating. The parts they sell are fraudulent in the description and poor quality. I bought the parts to put on my car that I bring to shows/competition and there is no way I could put these parts on my vehicle and have it be show quality. I paid close to $900 for these wheel well liners. Yes it was out of the return policy date, but when I finally was able to open the box and install the part when The weather got warm enough and could handle the plastic parts without them breaking. I found the parts to be damaged because of very poor packing material(none) and of poor quality. I called the parts place customer service and told them that I thought the quality was terrible and they didnt fit properly and I wanted to return them. the customer service agent started making smart aleck remarks and being Condescending. He went on to say that I needed to put a bunch of screws in the product to make it conform more to the car. If people knew this in the advertisement of these parts, they wouldnt want to put a bunch of screws and holes in a cars thats worth $150,000 or more. That also wasnt in the ad of how to install these parts. Had I known I wouldve never bought them. So the customer agent for ********************** kept going on and on and When I told him to just stop and listen to what I was trying to explain that they didnt fit my car, he hung up on me. I never used any fowl language with him at all. The return policy in this case is irrelevant because of the misrepresentation of the product that they were selling. If it is a reputable company they would stand behind their product. Obviously this company does not. Steer clear of this company and I would recommend **** performance for all your Pontiac needs. I will be contacting the Attorney General in this case as well

      I ordered 700$ worth of parts and this how it gets delivered. I call to ask a couple questions and Van tells me I have to pay to get it shipped back and that its not a big deal that the part is scratched up. And for some reason not even in the package. This place is a joke ************* ever. And to top it off he likes to talk to people like he wants to fight people over the phone. Hes a joke and this company is a joke to have people like him working there. And I guess there returns policy is all lies!!!!

      DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from these clowns. Unfortunalty I learned the hard way unfortunately. So, this is how The Parts Place rolls, you purchase parts, the parts are shipped, the box they come in are perfect, you open up your merchandise and its all dented and damaged, AND NOT FROM SHIPPING, they were sent to you in this form. I called The Parts Place ( should be Parts disgrace) The rep told me they get the parts in damaged and its not a big deal, he instructed me to take a rubber mallet and pound down the bent, dented and curled corners to my almost $700 piece I ordered! I told HIM I'm purchasing new parts for the very reason NOT to have to work or fix them, he said if I wanted to return it I WOULD HAVE TO pay the shipping AND 25% re-stocking fee!??? So they knowingly ship out damaged goods and don't care, its now my problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, they are truly scam artist who SHOULNT be allowed to be in business with such unethical business practices such as these. READ their reviews on ****** too! UNBELIEVABLE

      The Parts Place are very unethical and fraudulant.They use a type of bait and switch tecnique to get you to hand over your credit card details.They give you their assurance that they will only charge you the lowest shipping cost possible.Then once they have captured your card details you quickly become their prey.I messaged them within an hour or so of placing the order to cancel before they put a hold on my credit card.They outright refused to cancel the order,then they ripped me off with super high shipping charges and then gave me $2 off the extremely high shipping charge,like they were doing me a favor.After contacting them they were rude and unrepentant.I just had to accept the loss.Please do not deal with this crowd.WARN every enthusiast you know.This crowd of bushwackers should never be in business...

      Never ever buy from this company!!!! First time I ordered from them the part they sent me was broken. Second time they sent me the wrong part. Customer service is extremely poor. Had to get ***** with them to get a refund.
