    The engine in my car blew, with research I found it was a common issue, and there is a recall on the engine. A plan was made to defer the payments, until *** provided a rental. The car was repossessed without being informed. Then the car was returned to *** to get an engine replacement under my name without any knowledge until *** called me about picking up the vehicle. *** would not have fixed the engine under my name but superior lied and said my account was taken care of, so theyre able to return the car to be fixed.

    I came across the dealership superior car credit online they had a 2012 ***** Malibu with a ******* miles which I called multiple time to make sure the vehicle was still in stock so for week I been checking and they told to apply online and the vehicle is ready I get their ready to purchase the vehicle they told me they sold it which doesnt make sense because I called 30 mins before I arrived and they told me the vehicle was still available which was a lie so the manager had a high mileage vehicle that wasnt the car I pick out online which he was trying to sell me I told him over I came for a different vehicle keep in my I caught a Uber their with the last of my funds beside the money I had to purchase the vehicle once I realized I was getting the vehicle I desired i knew this was going to be stressful situation with no ride home I ended up leaving with the ***** Malibu 2008 178546mile as Im driving the first night on my way home from the dealership I know the car engine jerks when I try to accelerate and has a difficult time picking up speed so days go on and its get worst now when I try to start the vehicle its hesitant and sometimes wont start. My final straw is the vehicle wouldnt start when I get off of work I call the dealership explain what occurred he simply told me that its my responsibility to get and a ride home which was mind boggling to me then he proceed to let me know that I was stuck with this vehicle he then implied that I didnt make payment thats why my vehicle didnt start i which is a lie .without payment vehicle is unable to start, instead of trying to resolved the matter he blames for the reason the car isnt properly operating I ended up being outside stranded for a 1 hours the manager told me he will try to get it towed to dealerships I try calling the dealership and it was sending me to voice mail after awhile of trying to the vehicle he starts up I drive the dealership to drop the vehicle he tells me he cant take it tonight

    While mechanical break downs can be stressful and inconvenient, they can happen. **************** had the vehicle for two weeks prior to alerting ** there was an issue he was concerned about. We strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, however nothing can be done outside regular business hours. **************** was told, and we did, dispatch a tow truck to pick up his vehicle to be inspected first thing Monday morning. He instead decided to drive the vehicle to the dealership arriving as the sales department was locking up for the weekend. He made the choice to not leave the vehicle which resulted in a 2nd tow being dispatched. **************** was not charged for either tow. The vehicle was repaired and returned to him. If he has any further issues, he can feel free to contact us during business hours at ************.
