      They sold me a rear end for my Dodge Durango. The new one was twice as loud as the old one I decided to rebuild the original one that came out of my Durango cost me $500. I will never do business with them again as they would not even refund me the money for the bad rearend. I got, the owner *** is a real je** off to deal with. Buy beware !!!

      They sold us a computer that isn't capable with ours. They have the WORST attitudes ever and will not return the part. Dealer Said they are not capable but they said they know best so I'm out 400 dollars. Stay FAR away!! Just look at there reviews, a 3.2 is a crazy low score. That shows it all. They won't last long!!

      This place is wrack ..people who work here are theifs and liars ...they conned you in to buy wrong products. And refuse to come at any solution.. i would never recommend this place for any thing ..not even for a s**** This place is a scam.

      For more detailed review with pictures with proof see my ****** review:*********************** In essentice I was sold a useless junk engine for ~$1000. It appears to have been sitting at the bottom of a lake. All pulleys rusted solid, pretty much all bolts rusted and seized, timing belt cracked and failed, lower oil pan crushed, upper pan cracked, most sensors broken, growth on intake valves, and internals full of sludge.To top it all off. The engine was sold as a "good runner with 108k miles". In reality a VIN check proves that was simply a flat out lie and the engine had more than 166k almost 3 years before it stopped operation (e.g. it probably has closer to 200k).Run away from this place! At the very least purchase with a credit card so you have some protection when you are inevitably shipped a piece of junk.

      We are very sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience with us. I see that this purchase was made on 1/27/2023 which would have been covered under our standard warranty until April. We stand firmly behind each of our products which is why we can offer such a warranty on used parts. Additionally, if you had contacted us within the warranty period then we would have been happy to refund or exchange accordingly. Unfortunately, this review is the first we had heard of any issues because the warranty period has now expired being over 6 months after the purchase. We would also like to acknowledge that many of the concerns in your review are considered cosmetic in nature and would have been noticeable to the eye almost immediately. It is troubling to hear of the unsatisfactory experience but would like to understand why we were not informed of these issues at the time of receipt of the engine. We invite you to contact to discuss this is further detail in order to establish a resolution that is acceptable to all parties involved.

      I have a recorded phone call of one of their “reps” claiming he is going to choke me out. In addition, their incompetent driver dragged a transmission I had order and scratched my shop’s floor

      We appreciate the customer taking the time to review our service. Unfortunately, we take issue with several things this customer is claiming. First off, when our driver reached this customer's shop our driver was immediately met with great hostility. Our driver was threatened, belittled, and harassed the minute he arrived at Baha Auto Repair. The assault was constant and so unbelievably insulting that the other employees at Baha Auto Repair expressing their regret by apologizing to our driver. Our driver had enough of the barrage, so he decided to leave this shop and not to sell the item to the customer. This further enraged Anas at which point he called our company making additional threats and started posting reviews. This review is a complete fabrication of the events that transpired, and we will continue to challenge any further claims from this customer.

      Ordered a transmission advertised as "tested" with ****** miles. It had no reverse. We returned the transmission within their 90day period and the company refused to refund the order entirely. They offered a 50% refund. Avoid doing business with Global Auto.

      ************************* received an item from us on 10/26/2021 via ***** # **********. This item was returned to us on the 24th of Jan which was after the warranty period had expired. Knowing the situation, the customer had reached out to us to see if there was anything we could do to help them resolve this matter. We then both talked through the situation and ultimately worked out a mutual agreement. There was at no point any animosity, or ill will expressed by either party. We are absolutely stunned this customer whom was very gracious and appreciative left this review. As a result, we invite ************** to contact us if there is anything further we can do to make his customer experience a satisfactory one.

      I was all set to buy a used transmission and have it shipped to me from out of state. They first mentioned that I would need to fill out a credit card form and get it back to them, along with a photo of my driver's license. I told them I didn't want to send the driver's license photo and he dropped it. I told them it may be a week or so.Called back in about a week and started the process. Filled out their form with all of my personal information plus credit card info. They called back wanting a driver's license photo and credit card photo. (This is NOT on the request form). I said no and that I have purchased numerous engines and transmissions to be shipped without this info. They said "Okay, we'll cancel the order" with an attitude included.Looked on BBB and found numerous complaints about their parts and customer service.Glad that I didn't deal with them.

      These people are scam artist dont ever go there. I was referred by a friend to take my car there it needed a new engine so I took it there. They had my car for over a month. When I got my car back the engine had been replaced with what I believe a bad engine it is making the same terrible noise as the engine was that was originally in my car. These people are scum. They got in a physical altercation spitting in my boyfriends face calling names ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS THEY ARE VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO THERE EMPLOYEES ALSO . Bottom line I paid them $2100 cash that *********** THE ***** POCKETED AND HERE I AM ALMOST 4 months LATER AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. NEVER EVER WOULD I REFER ANYONE TO THEM THEY ARE DOING ILLEGAL STUFF AND RUNNING A SHADY BUSINESS. Hmmmm with all these complaints against these A**holes maybe something should be done. All I can say is people do you research before you take it to anybody other than a dealership I sure wish I would have the yelp reviews are disgusting I am absolutely appalled.????

      We have been family owned and operated for 4 generations and are A+ rated with the BBB. This review is a very good example of how this customer acted and treated everyone at our establishment. This customer came in with a locked up engine in a vehicle that has over 200k miles. ************* this engine was inspected and signed off by this customer acknowledging it's condition. ************* when the vehicle was left at our location we only asked for small deposit to get the work started. Several days passed before the work was done , but upon completion this customer was called in to pick up their vehicle. This customer then inspected, paid, and drove off in their vehicle. Clearly a locked up motor does not preform this way , so there is clear evidence that the install was preformed despite this customer's unfounded accusations. We warranty all of our work and stand behind it therefore, when this customer called to say there was an issue we had no problem taking a look. Upon arrival at our location for the warranty they both were rude, obnoxious, and abusive to everyone they spoke to. They immediately demanded help and started screaming obscenities at the whole office. As a result, we asked them to leave and have not asked them back since even though they have phoned us numerous times. Not once has this interaction been pleasant which you can tell by the substance of that review. Bottom line is this customer received exactly what they paid for which was a good running engine and installation. Customer simply did not want to hear about any other issues relating to a vehicle with as high of mileage as their vehicle has. Lastly, we just want to point out that we do not appreciate public accusations that are baseless and will fight them to the fullest extent of the law.

      Ordered and engine on ****. 1 week went and no confirmation on shipping, called ,***** says " sorry invoice sitting right next to me, we normally deliver that way every day, will be on truck for Wednesday. Never came, called Friday, said it is on the truck and be there by end of day, never showed. Asked for a refund Saturday, then called Monday to find out what happened, they blamed me because i told them i was going on vacation and was in no hurry. i wanted the engine due i paid for it to get it before i went on ************ they figured i didnt want my engine i paid for after 14 days. I even offered to pick the engine up myself, but was promised it was on the way. they have bad reviews and ever regret trying to do business with people who promise and promise and then dont produce and then blame other for the poor business skills they have. then ***** started to get irritated when i asked why he said it was on the truck friday if it wasnt. i read the ****** reviews, this is not uncommon they do this. not trust worth and would never trust anything coming from them is what you are actually getting. ***** says i hide behind a keyboard, lol. Just a cash paying customer that was promised something several times and got the runaround. They offered free delivery. im 39 miles from them and taken over 2 weeks.

After careful review of the details of the transaction you are referring to, it looks like regular status updates related to your order were provided via eBay. We do apologize as we may have misinterpreted your mention of rush delivery not being a necessity when the estimated delivery date of 05/14/2021 was given. In addition, as soon as your refund request was received by our billing department, a full refund was granted. We do apologize for any confusion and would be more than happy to discuss this further if you feel this was not resolved in a satisfactory manner.

      Absolutely awful business run by people who will threaten to assault you and rob you blind. Mind you not a single person in that store wears any masks, and they do not care about the safety of other people. The owner is a complete racist and ignorant piece of garbage like the junkyard he runs. He acts so confident before the cops come to save him. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets the cops called on him daily. He will steal your identity and claim that he does nothing wrong. Do not go here unless you want to be completely ripped off. All of sudden it is a cash only business if you are an immigrant. This person deserves to go to jail for the way he acts."

      This customer contacted us regarding a used part they wished to purchase. This customer filled out an order form and submitted it. When this form was received , we learned of the customer's name and address. This customer had a past transaction where a chargeback was filed with his credit card company. As a result, we explained to this customer that if they wished to purchase this item then we would not accept credit card as payment. The customer refused to accept this and repeatedly phone our place of business almost to the point of harassment. With each call the customer became more and more hostile. This hostility built to a point where the customer was so upset that both a young gentleman and his father came to our facility. Immediately after entering the door this customer began screaming and demanding why they could not pay with a credit card. Again, it was explained to this customer why a credit card would not be accepted. The younger of the two became enraged and started shouting curses & threats at our employees. The father then joined in on the berating therefore, we started to fear for our employees. We then had no choice but to phone the Cook County Sheriffs Dept to forcefully remove these unruly customers. Upon arrival the Sheriff took statements from several customers that were witnesses to the events and each witness affirmed the actions of these customers. These customers were then removed from our premises by the Cook County Sheriff Dept. Now, any claims we stole this customer's identity are completely false & libelous. Our company has never charged a single cent from this customer nor has any information ever left our facility.
