              I paid a deposit to secure a deal between Westfield Ford and my self for a **** Ranger pickup truck Saturday February 3th I confirmed picking up the truck on Monday February 5th but someone from the financing department contacted me to offer extra coverage before getting all the paperwork together which I accepted and ask him to give me the total amount to go get a cashiers check. He stated that *************************** the sales person was going to contact me with that information which never happened. Few hours later the general manager called me stating that they were not going to be able to sell me the truck because they found something wrong on it when the day of the deal they all stated that the truck was a certified vehicle that passed over a 100 inspections and that was one of the reasons of the high price but since it was a truck that I was looking for a while I accepted to pay the price for. However, after all this I found that the reality was that they sold the truck to somebody else when I already had paid a deposit and done everything in my end to go pick it up, Very frustrating situation and big disappointment for the poor professionalism from the sales person all the way to the general manager.

              The last deal with **** was good on a new 2018 Ecosport. This 2021 Ecosport with 7k miles on it, I got nothing but lied to.The only issue before with Westfield was I kept asking to buy another wheel for a spare tire.They refused. Ecosport only has 4 lugs unlike most.The manufacturer has the part but aftermarket it is hard to find.I'm getting texts to bring the vehicle in, which I believe they are after the spare I paid for and made for the 2018. I put aftermarket on the 2018 and kept one.My credit is near excellent. I'm ahead on everything so why the higher interest on a used car?He lied about **** Loyalty Program cause I don't see it.I see a take advantage of an older lady ******** Women are duped by car salesman and mechanics alot unless we know all about cars It's hard for us to get good service. No won't be buying a car for a long time.These salesmen gotta be snakes

              If I had to pick 1 word to describe Westfield Ford it would be DISHONEST. Before going into the dealership, my credit union emailed our buyers service paperwork so we wouldnt have to haggle over prices. We got an email claiming that they received our buyers service offer and we had 5 days to come in. But once we arrived at Westfield, we were told that they could not honor our buyer service plan due to limited inventory and the backup in computer chips. Ive used our credit Unions buyers service over the years and Westfield is the first dealership that didnt accept it. After the test drive, we told the sales person that we had approved financing through our credit union and we didnt want any new inquiries on our credit; I was told there would only be a soft inquiry on my credit later I found out Westfield actually ran, not 1 or 2, but 4 hard inquiries on my credit without our permission. Those 4 hard inquiries will reduce my credit score for the next 2 years. But my experience at Westfield really went downhill once we began working with their finance manager. I told him that I didnt want any extended warranties yet somehow I later found an additional $2500 warranty - their Package A Elite which only covers the windshield and the paint job. Later when I told the finance manager that I didnt want that package, he claimed the Package A warranty cant be removed and its added to all new vehicle purchases. In all, he built in $5,644 of additional dealer installed options. Even after reviewing the buyers order, we still cant figure out what $3000 of those options were for. We finally signed after 4 hours at the dealership. When I sent the **** of sale to my credit union, initially they would not approve because Westfields ************** options were over 125% of the what the car was worth. Since I had already signed, I was advised to buy gap insurance which is only necessary in an "underwater" deal. One of my many mistakes here (in addition to going to Westfield Ford in the first place) was shopping for cars at a place that did not honor my credit unions buyers service Ive purchased my last 3 vehicles that **************************** is the first dealer that did not honor it. My next mistake was not asking enough questions about their numbers and driving the vehicle home with a temporary contract. We should have walked out.Im a stroke survivor so Ive slowed a bit, and my wife is an immigrant - they really took advantage of us. There was a song if their lips are moving then theyre lying perfect song for my experience at Westfield. Be forewarned.

              August 03, 2021 "My service experience with Westfield Ford was a nightmare..." - Rubes5 My service experience with Westfield Ford was a nightmare beginning with service writer Tonys lack of respect and zero professionalism which leads me to never again visit this place and never again purchasing **** products 3-1/2 weeks into repair **** did not honor my aftermarket warranty. They made several promises as to when the vehicle would be ready and they never lived up to their word. They threatened me to pay a $900.00 **** or they would not release my vehicle, the actual **** was only $600.00! A manager intervened and was able to get my **** down to $381.00 again for work I never authorized! This place does nothing but scam people!! READ LESS OVERALL EXPERIENCERECOMMEND DEALERNO

              ***** scam place under ford logo took my truck for differential service a $6000 repair was promised a 2 year full warranty by **** in service and service manager 2 weeks later replacement diferencial breaks and now they don't want to keep their word on the warranty I'm being billed more than $3000 to fix what they did wrong lied about and refuse to cover, and since they know I'm far away they won't even take my calls anymore, stay away from these scammers"
