I went to get my my car serviced there early this morning and someone stole my charger out of it I call back inside before driving off the lot just to be told to call back.i waited 20 minutes and called back to explain my reason for calling just to be told again to call back after the service manager looks into it,there goes another 15 minutes so I decided to go back inside just to find ***** the service manager sitting on his **** telling me that he asked & all his guys say that they didn't see my cord & to go home & look on my kitchen table for it or ask my kids because maybe one of them took it out of my car.i told him that I disconnected my phone from it when I pulled into the garage but ***** the service manager insisted that it was at home on the table and that he don't know what else to tell me.now I'm ****** off so I come to work and call for the owner just to continue to be told that he is in a meeting & after 6 hours of calling the manager is gone for the day I left him a voicemail earlier I guess. His secretary didn't check his messages,so now the operator sends me to the sales department and ***** blew me off telling me to contact ***** or **** these ppl be so busy talking that they just don't listen.**** and arrogant guys and ***** never once asked me wat kind of charger did I have but he made sure to tell me that the guy that worked on my car has a brand new iPhone 15 something & that if he ran the camera back to look & seen someone in my car shoving something in they pocket that he would have to fire them but he trusted his guysReview from Jennisa D

If I can rate this place under 1 I would. First, I call this place to make sure the car I was interested in was there. The car was under a thousand. I next ask what all does the vehicle need. The response I received was NOTHING. The sales man carried on to let me know just come in and test drive the car. I paid a Uber to come to this place just to find out the car was a dumb. Didn't start and sitting on flats with the driver window out. I immediately told this man ****** I was no longer interested. I inform him could we do a PRE-APPROVAL NOT TO DO A ACTUAL PULL ON MY CREDIT. END TO SAY. THIS Company Ran MY credit 4 times without me knowing about it. Save your time and go somewhere else where communication is a NOT A PROBLEM AND LIES Aren't Being TOLD.Review from Isaac S

Went to this dealership to look at and purchase a 2020 **** expedition. The salesman ******* who worked with me was very pleasant. I had agreed to purchase the vehicle at asking price and also negotiated a warranty contract to buy with it. When the final numbers were shown to sign the contract, they had a $3,000.00 "exterior protection" charge added to the sales price plus all applicable taxes, title, warranty etc. When I asked about that charge, they said it had to be on there and there was no option to opt in or out of this "exterior protection". It was a legit $3,000.00 added to the sales price under the cover of some unknown "exterior protection" plan that was mandatory. There was never an explanation of what it was and what it covered. They spent an incredible amount of time selling me on a vehicle warranty that concluded with a 60month/60,000mile for $3,400.00 yet absolutely NOTHING on that extra 3k charge? BUYER BEWARE!!! Never have I seen a ridiculous amount added to a sales price under the cover of a "exterior protection". I'm glad I walked away and did not give them my business.Review from Dwayne H

This dealership is full of deceptions. They have this charge of Appearance Protection which cost $3000 added to the car purchase. They never discuss this charge to you but it appears at the very bottom of the sales contract,by E-signing you never notice it on the finance guys tablet. *******************(Liar!!!) ***************************(bullshitter) and *****(also a bullshitter)Review from Rollo

I took my 2012 Dodge caravan in for a diagnosis on 5-12-2022. Initially, the van would start after turning key 2 or more times and eventually turn over. On 5-5-2022 attempting to turn on car the starter went down and the noise was different than before. I had van towed to Dodge South Chicago service department. They changed starter charged 600 in ln labor $156 start and $40 oil change.. The day I picked vehicle up the problem I had initially starting with 2 or more attempts was still happening and my car would not go past 3rd gear. Service was closed until Monday. After adjustment of neutral release button above reset. I drove van well all weekend until I got ready to return it for service is when engine light appeared and van would change past third gear. I get to shop the come back with transmission codes.Next day I get a $6300 estimate repair ****. I had several oil changes and diagnostic done. In the past I've had oil changes and diagnostic tests done and vehicle checked out well. I'm perplexed and need to know if help is available.Review from Mia

I bought my vehicle on a Thursday 3/24 at 4:00 pm. My check engine light came on at 6:00 pm. The very next day Friday 3/25 morning I brought my vehicle back and let the service manager ***** know that the check engine light was on. He stated to bring my vehicle back in the following Monday 3/27. I arrived at dealership on Monday morning at 8:45 am. I wasnt notified by my salesman until 12:00 pm to drive my vehicle into the garage. At 4:00 pm I went to the service department to see what was going on because no one told me anything. My vehicle stayed at dealership from MON 3/28 - FRI 4/1. I had to call on Friday 4/1 to check on my vehicle because days went by and no one called me with an update. My car was dropped off that Friday 4/1 afternoon. On Sunday 4/3 check engine light came on again and went off later that evening. On Tuesday 4/5 my vehicle shut off on me. When I turned it back on there was a funny smell, my vehicle was shaking and check engine light came on again. I called ***** and he had a tow company come and get my car. Its Friday 4/8 and I had to call again to check on my vehicle because once again no one called to update me. According to the technician I will be without my vehicle for another two weeks or so. I asked ***** the manager for some sort of compensation for not having a vehicle to work and support my son and he said NO. I have lost money and time and dealership does not care about any of this when I spent my hard earned money buying a vehicle from them. Please dont shop there or you will regret it as I have.Review from Judy H

BE ******* **** BUYING A *** FROM **** ESTABLISHMENT!!! I bought a car from this establishment in April 2021. I May the car stopped on me in the middle of the street. I contacted the South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep, Inc., to inform them of the issue. I purchased a 2 yr. warranty when I purchased the car, (2016 ***************).I drove the car for less that a month when it stopped on me. My complaint is how can a car dealership sell a car to a consumer and haven't checked to make sure the car is suitable to drive on the street. What if this car stopped on me on the expressway or highway? Now the car has been at the dealership for more that three weeks, they state the engine was bad. I had to called them to get updates on why it was taking so long for the warranty to approve that repairs. I'm still waiting to hear if that has been approved. Now I had to put a down payment on this car, I paid most of what they asked but I didn't complete the down payment as the car is still in their service dept. and I had not driven the car or had access to it for more that 3 weeks, ( I have not driven this car this whole month and the last week of May 2021). I received a call today about the balance and I don't have a car? Are they crazy or do they think I'm crazy?? I have made two car payment on time I might add and I'm on the bus What sense does this make??? They do not check the cars for safety before they "resale" them which is dangerous and unethical. CHECK *** *** BEFORE YOU SALE IT TO PEOPLE. Aren't dealerships suppose to check the engine, oil content, transmission fluid, break fluid, tires, air filters, etc.... Update to my complaint. I contacted the dealership and was informed that the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car is refusing to honor the warranty stating they are only responsible for replacement of certain "parts" of the engine. The service dept. informed and confirned the problem was not my fault and the engine needs to be "totally" replaced. The warranty company is ****** Extended Care, ***. ******** place! DO NOT GIVE **** YOUR MONEY OR TIME! saw car on ********, place confirmed car was available. made sure because i was traveling far. upon arrival i asked for **** who i spoke with over the phone. a man immediately take me to an office space then left me. when asked whats taking so long he couldn't find the keys to vehicle. when keys were found he told me **** is internet salesman so he would take me to see vehicle. the lot was around the corner so he drove me to lot. **** he was driving crazy, speeding! at the lot he couldn't find car but had the keys ( smh). he said I think we passed it at the entrance, goes in reverse high speed and ***** into a cement light post. i was in the back and he barely showed any concern and started looking for car again. back at the main office i spoke with manager which was a waste of time because he showed no concern as well. thank **** i'm ok but this place is not anyone waste of time and money! oh get this the salesman told the manager he was having problem with his contacts reason for accident! WOW **** PLACE DESERVE NO STARS! but i have to select to submit my review "
