I went here thinking it was a great dealership with great service and BOY WAS I WRONG. For starters I was rushed through the process of the purchase of my vehicle, pressured to get my insurance in line and contacted by multiple people at the dealership concerning the same thing. I was told my car would be new, little did I know it was used for test drives, so I wasn't even the first driver of my NEW vehicle that I had reserved with a deposit. I added a ceramic coat to the car( an extra **** dollars onto my loan) which I thought would be good for the value of the car and come morning the next day there were globs of it running down the car. Oh and not to mention I paid for the "pinstripes package" because I was told it HAD to come with the purchase of the vehicle and they didn't even add it to the car. I contacted my salesman on multiple occasions and was told by him that he would call me...still waiting for that call back a month later. This new car should have been inspected before I got it, or at the very least have the antenna I thought I was missing put onto the car!(I found it later in the glove box) The NEW CAR died while on a road trip 1 hours from my destination, Just so many issues with everyone Ive contacted turning a blind eye to fixing any of this issues I've had thus far. I hope this review helps someone in the process of buying their car stay far far away from this dealership. I had high hopes but was fully let down.

Unfortunately , I have nothing good to say about HYUNDAI **************** It all started three (almost 4) months ago when I walked into the HyUNDAI of Algonquin to pre order the car of my choice. I requested a ********************************************* the Amazon Green color. Initially, my husband and I were told to expect our car in three to four months, although it was a possible it could come in early. now that we are coming up to our 4th month, we called the dealership to inquire. At which time we were told it had not yet come in, and to check back in few more weeks. We did just that. We precedeed to ask WHY we have no information as to why or how long before we can expect our vehicle. few more times of these phone calls back and forth, we decided to call around at more Hyndai dealers in and around ********. It had now become apparent that HYUNDAI has educated most if not all there sales associates to tell prospective buyers that these specific cars are being put on a manufacturing halt because of the war going on in *******. As ridiculous as that sounded to us we began to demand a more realistic answer as to WHY they are not coming in...finally they admitted to the fact that they are not able to get chips. My complaint to HYUNDAI is that of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I have reapeadly been seeing not only tv commercials, but many online pop up advertisements for this car yet NOT A SINGLE CAR has not been delivered thru and to the Dealers. This to me needs representation to my ******** ****** Attorneys office..THIS IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE TO FALSE ADERTISE>

From the first phone call to current "service forever" is still excellent! They email, they call........Im still learning our new GV70 Sport Prestige. We all know this is a horrible time to purchase a vehicle and every dealer is going to sell vehicles over MSRP. Ive been to many dealers over the last 2 months. This is the first dealership that was upfront with costs giving me the exact price before going to the dealership. I was able to fill out all the paperwork electronically. No tricks and speeches. Working with ***** has been a pleasure. He was thorough, interested, and wasted no time helping me. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
