              On April 6th 2023 I sent in notarized documents via certified mail of my rescission to Pearl Chrysler Dodge Jeep along with an Affidavit of Truth with my original contract! As of today May 5th ****************************************************** regards to 1. Not fulling disclosing my right to rescind. 2. Transparency in regards to the credit application. I have reason to believe that Pearl Chrysler Dodge Jeep took advantage of me and my consumer credit. I was also given false deceptive information that I needed to out down $7,000 in order to drive off the car lot! The price I was quoted for the vehicle I intended to purchase was not the same amount after Pearl Chrysler Dodge Jeep added on hidden fees that were not with my knowledgable consist.

              We purchased a used 2020 Durango in Oct 2020. First, the seats stopped working, found out they were blowing a fuse. Took it in, they looked at it couldn't figure it out. 2 more appointments and different things "fixed" the seats still don't work properly. Pearl cut wires to trick the computer into thinking the issue was resolved. When they were contacted again about this we were told we aren't allowed to bring it back in. The other issue we had was a clicking noise. They acted like they couldn't hear it, the service manager treated me like an idiot(I assume because I'm a woman). Service manager, ***, also uses my car as his personal vehicle, to "help them diagnose it" and never put fuel back in it. My car still doesn't work correctly but Pearl doesn't care, they got paid it isn't their problem anymore.
