              My wife and I bought a certified used car from this dealership about 2 weeks ago. Within one week of owning it our radar system kept giving us errors saying something was blocking its view. We first thought it was the weather. But then we took it to a Honda dealership and they had to put in a whole new radar system and now that dealership is saying that we may continue to have issues with it. Because of this I tried calling Muller to see what my options were and they are saying my only option is trade in. That is unacceptable especially because it is having these issues already in only 2 weeks of owning it. I mean it is already have this issue what other issues will it give me

              I'm sorry you feel the way you do. All appraisals are subject to a physical look and a mechanical scan with a tool provided by one of our vendors. We try to aggressively acquire every possible vehicle we can and our appraisal doesn't always agree with the seller or other offers the seller may have received. I'm sorry we couldn't agree on a figure we both agreed upon.
