This dealerships service department is a SCAM.The technicians and the Service Managing Director **** are the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered.I have posted reviews with my original account but they have reported it which is not visible to anyone.I have clearly to them there is a Noise in my ** system and they replaced the ************ and left the noise there.The service guy when taking the car in for the service said : Theyd have to open the dashboard to fix it.After I received my car. The ** Noise is still there and there is additional sound on the driver side.I told them I never had any additional sounds in my car and the only reason I had bought it to the professionals was to get it fixed professionally. (Little did I knew that these are a pack of thugs ripping people off in the name of professional work)The unprofessional Service director **** states that they didnt even open the dashboard.They charged me for $609.35 for labor and replaced a ************ from Glovebox while their Service guy mentioned to me that they have to repair by opening the dashboard.The unprofessional director **** has no idea on how to speak with the customer and face what they had done wrong.The unprofessional service center ripped my $683.91 and I get to learn a ****** that not all the people with Certificates are educated and this dealership is scam.

I purchase a new **** acura MDX, three weeks ago,9/1/2023.It has been a NIGHTMARE. I'm in complete shock! I was sold a lemon that device from the factory did not work. Not one thing has gone correctly. The new MDX sits in the shop. I've contacted Acura customer relations team that I have to deal with the dealership and they ***** much will not help me. I have dealt with many dealer ships but this new Acura MDX from the dealership McGrath Acura of Morton Grove and I've never had this bad of experience. I am a Senior Citizen, on Social Security, and should not be treated like this. ********

DO NOT GO HERE ! False Advertising. They advertise KBB and use them as a 3rd party service to value cars and then say we cant give you that value. They low balled my trade in by 5k . I got my trade in value off their website . But they would not honor the values.
