If you are a woman, DO NOT take your car to this dealership. They prefer to only work with men. I was there yesterday for a recall issue. ****** approached my car at 10:15am when I arrived. He told me to get out of the car and leave it running. As I exited the car, I asked him a question about the ignition recall and ordering an extra set of keys for my car. He rudely yelled "I don't know what you are here for!". I stepped to the side of the car while he hooked it up to his machine and told me there were 2 recalls. He then asked if I planned on waiting a couple of hours for the car. I told him I had no ride home, so I would be waiting the 2 hours. He told me to go in the room. I searched and finally found the waiting room. There were other people waiting for cars and during the time I was in there, the advisors that had taken their cars in, came in and let them know what was happening and about how much longer it was going to be. I heard nothing from ******. Finally at 2:15pm I went looking for ******. No other advisor would talk to me since ****** had taken my car in. He finally reappeared and I asked him how much longer for my car. He said at least 45 minutes more. That's when my husband came and talked to ****. **** told him I was offered a ride home in the morning WHICH I WAS NOT. **** told my husband that the keys I requested took longer than planned to cut but they would be ready at pickup. **** said if we wanted to leave, he would call when the car was ready. I received a call at 3:30 that the car was ready for pickup. We asked where the extra keys I ordered and **** said were cut, and was told that I would have to order those at a separate time. I understand that this is warranty work and they made no money on me (they would have if they did make the keys I requested) and obviously even with an appointment, they didn't start the car until the afternoon since ****** said a couple of hours - not 5.
