    My car has been in the shop for 1 year and 47 days(Jaguar, Land Rover of Orland Park) and still havent got my car back and still isnt fixed. This is the worse service I have ever been provided in my life. . Theyre rude with an attitude like Im bothering them when I call about my car. I call ever day and no answer or updates as to when my car will be *********** and ready. . The first six months it was part delays they claim. Then the battery. Then the thermostat. Replaced both still didnt fix issue. After that they stayed its the harness wirer but parts had order the wrong ones so that was another delay. Then they ask me call Land Rover North America because they didnt have no eta in the computer for the wires. I had to have my attorney call them. Then mysteriously the wires arrived in 24 hours after I had to pay an attorney to get involved After the wires were installed still didnt fix the problem. Then they said its the turbo. They replaced that still not working right. . And now they saying theyre waiting on some more harness wires and that they dont have a service writer and is in the process of hiring all new people because it was so many issues before. After a year its either they dont plan on fixing my car or not capable of fixing it properly. And if thats the case they need to say that and have my car sent to another license authorized dealership repair shop. There responds is Im driving a loaner car from them so just be patience. After a year and a month how much more patience Im suppose to have. I dont want a loaner. I want my car that Im paying large payments and insurance on. I dont think I should have to exhaust my funds getting legal representation just to get my car fixed properly. Can some one at the BBB please help me get my car fixed properly. Thank you.

    It has been 4 months that my car has been at the dealership. They told me it was ready to go yesterday. I went to pick it up, but it is still have the aggressive jerk. Also I also saw a crack on my windscreen of my car which wasn't there when I dropped it.This car can not be fixed. I need something done ASAP. I think because I am a woman, I am being taken advantage of. I have been paying for a car that I only drove for less than 2 months . This is discrimination and a lawyer will probably need to get involved. I have been extremely patient.
