    * Date: 06.07.2023 * Financed Vehicle Purchase: Net - $34,560 * We signed a purchase agreement w/ the salesman: - Interest % = **** - Veh. Mileage according to salesman: 12k - Cosco discount of $1,000 * Dispute: The salesman went away several times to speak to someone. He returned the first time and told us he could not give us the ****** discount he promised us, as it had ended. He refused to honor it. He went away and came back again and said he made two mistakes in our signed agreement. He said the mileage on the vehicle was 25k not 12k, and the interest rate was incorrect. He presented us with a new document to sign. He had changed the info above to what he told us, but in reviewing it, we noticed the monthly payment had changed from the $574 we had signed for, to something over $600 a month. He pretended not to remember what we had agreed to, until we told him it was on the document we had signed. He pretended to be unable to find it for about 15 to 20 mins. After telling us he didn't know where it was, he found it somewhere and claimed he was just having a bad day of errors. We told him the document was not what we had agreed on and it was not our fault that he had us sign for an interest rate he now says he can't give us (no explanation just maintained it was his error). We repeatedly told him that the additional $1,000 he had promised should be honored, but he would not honor the discount. At the time, the numbers got confusing as he redid the agreement a few time to fix the monthly payment. I have never experienced so many 'errors' by a car salesman. The whole ordeal felt like we had been taken afterwards. Something like 'bait and switch,' just with the numbers not the vehicle. If this is how they do business, an want live up to what we agreed on, I"ll never buy another Volvo! We never question the price of the vehicle. Why do they play such games?

    Terrible experience at Orloff when I got a loaner car for Range Rover service and was later accused of damaging the cars tire rim, which didnt happen while I was using this loaner for just the few days I had it. The service manager, ****, came out of his office and began to yell at me and accuse me in front of an entire dealership, without regard to me, the reasons I needed the loaner in the first place (because my cars parts had still not arrived after months) or my own offer of returning the loaner so as to give another customer a car while I waited even longer for the parts to arrive. I had no idea what hit me. Moreover, as a woman, Ive never been yelled at so disrespectfully by a man in the service industry. He never was able to show me before pictures so not sure where he was getting this information that I had damaged the loaner at all. Just so disappointing I will never return to Orloff. The management and owners turned a blind eye and the service manager was never instructed to apologize or to make things right for me.
