    Bought a used Subaru Impreza on 10/20/23. **** went fine up until the last 30 seconds when salesperson handed me ONE key to the car. I asked where all of the other keys were. He said most used cars only come with ONE key. I do not believe this. I bought a used Subaru in 2019 and got 3 keys. 2 regular and one valet key. We all know how expensive these keys are. Why wasn't this discussed up front? So we could negotiate this cost into the price of the car? This was very unethical because the cost is so high to replace a key. So now we only have ONE key to this car and know it will cost between $300-400 to buy a new one. The sales person told us there are no more keys, even after we called him back afterwards. I would like to get a replacement key from the dealership as this seemed a very unhanded practice.

    There was an issue with my vehicles computer system. I tried to ignore it at first, but it started becoming a major inconvenience. Soon after these issues started, the impacts to my vehicles safety and comfort systems became impossible to ignore. The eyesight, driver monitoring, lane departure, and air systems would simply shut off and all their associated warning lights would appear on my dashboard. On top of that, the large display would just freeze and be as good as useless. I called several times when these issues started. I would be told this or that manager would call me back shortly (they would never call back). I moved out of ******** and brought my vehicle to a different Subaru dealer (*********************** Subaru). They told me that the issue was with the computer system and the home dealership would need to agree to take care of it. So, I continued trying to get someone from management on the phone with no luck. Today I finally became a bit more pushy and called back 40 minutes after the manager claimed they would call me. I will admit, I did have an attitude with **** (Service manager at Grand Subaru). I do apologize for that. However, once I had explained my experience with Grand Subaru the past 3+ years, he proceeded to tell me I was lying and exaggerating because they would never do something like that (If you read a handful of one and two star reviews for this location, you will find that not calling back is a trend for them). He went on to say I was lying again. After informing him that I would report to the better business bureau if he wants to keep calling me a liar and trying to have me pay for the inspection, he agreed to inspect the vehicle free of charge (again, read the negative review and you will see this place loves to scam theyre customers out of every cent). I should add that **** had that service canceled shortly after scheduling with me. All this being said, I will never bring my business to grand Subaru again.
