      The LAST thing these people are is being honest. They are disgusting liars and cheaters. They fail to disclose my purchased vehicle was in an accident took it in several times and they never fixed it correctly. WHY VOTE FOR DARCY AS MAYOR - if he allows for this dis-honesty in his own dealership, what kind of mayor would he be?? I am so disgusted, as how things are working with my SUV. And they never fixed the bumper as they had to do it or my AC.

      We truly regret this happened and we are willing to do our best to resolve this. General Manager **** called and left 2 voicemails stating we currently have a Yukon on our lot of a different color and would honor employee pricing. Or if you prefer we would order a new Yukon and again honor employee pricing as well as the trade value. When the new one arrives we would deliver to home in ********* for no charge. We have yet to receive a response and would appreciate the opportunity to regain your confidence back in our dealership.

      GMC Terran said it wanted to do an update which it then did on its own. Day later the backup camera stopped working with a Blue Screen saying service camera. Bring it into the dealership because it needed an oil change and asked them to look at the camera. $130 to run "diagnostics" on the car to see what was wrong with the camera. In the end I was not charged for this but $130 to run a 3min test on the computer...come on. It is all to coincidental that there was a software update that was not optional then the camera stopped working. Anyways, I got a call a couple hours later saying the camera system needed to be replaced and it was $550. When I questioned why the car updates weren't optional, I was told, "I don't know" and there is "no way for us to know exactly what caused the issue." On top of that we recently bought out the lease on the vehicle because we like it a lot, so we wanted to own instead of lease. Turns out there is no warranty and that it was only good until 36K miles. This I did not know. Went from a $90 oil change to a $690 ****.The technician was very nice, and I know it is not his fault. I believe his name was ****. When I asked about questioning the update and the cost to have things done all I got was a "sorry there is no warranty on the vehicle" and a free car wash.I really hope GMC isn't pushing out over the air updates to cars causing software problems that brick certain functions on their vehicles.

Unfortunately ************** does send out all of the updates without our knowledge and we have no way of helping you opt out of them. All of the Gmc products come with a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty also from *************** that we have no control over. I am glad we were able to fix your radio and waive the diagnostics fees, as I feel as a dealership we did everything we could do for you given the circumstances.
