    We brought our car into the business because we needed body work done for our 2021 *************. Our insurance company recommended them. When I picked up the car, there was a cut in my drivers side seat. They claim that it was like that when I dropped it off. They showed photos of it but would not look at the cameras of the before pictures when the moved the car from the front to the back, into the shop. The owner was rude, and threw myself and my 5 year old out of the buisness.

    I brought my 2017 f150 to A to Z body back In January. My pick up was struck on the drivers side by a plow and pushed into a curb on the right. I talked to ***** at the shop about the accident and explained the mechanical issues the truck was having. The truck wasnt shifting correctly- the steering was off the right rear tire wasnt rolling straight. I also showed him my front right rim where it was scratched from the curb. ***** promised I would get my truck back in a month before my insurance stoped paying for my rental. This agreement was the only reason I took my truck to their shop. I was hesitant because my fathers pickup got repaired here before and their work wasnt the best. They furnished my truck on the last day. When I picked it up I evaluated the paint and noticed imperfections and that my right wheel scratch wasnt repainted or touched up. Because I needed it for my business I just accepted it. After the first day of loading tools I found my door where the car was hit didnt close correctly. 1 month and they couldnt do it right the first time. Brining it back to get fixed correctly would cost me a rental truck and the hassle. *o I put it off. After taking the truck to a repair shop for breaks. They notified me there was close to $1,500 in damage with the axle and tire damage to the tire where it hit the curb. I called ***** to ask him to make it right by getting me a rental and fixing door that looks and shuts terribly. I referred to the work as the * word. He was offended and sarcastically told me to ask again without insulting their poor quality in work. I remodel houses for a living I never get called back but if a customer isnt happy because I did something poorly and never fixed all I should have. I wouldnt blame them for calling my work * and being inconvenienced. This shop has terrible quality if you have a nice vehicle and care about the outcome dont bring it to them. My F150 Raptor now has poor paint and a ridiculous door gap.
