The issue I had with the law firm was the unprofessionalism and lack of communication that paralegal *********************** exhibited. First, my sister and I was screwed out of money I was owed and I brought this up to paralegal ****** numerous times through e-mail, and all she would say is that she was really busy with other issues in the office and that she would have to get in contact with Mr. ******************** ********************** about the issue and get back to me. As I figured, she never got back to me. Neither her or Mr. ********************** got back to me on this issue. Basically, this was a lawsuit inheritance from my father who had passed away in February, 2022 and he had a *********** case that was pending upon his death. Thus, my sister and I were granted money since we were his only heirs upon his passing. However, my sister and I did not receive our full payment because there was over $1,100.00 in monies owed to us. At this point my sister and I have decided to forget it but there unethical, unprofessional behaviors should be noted for the record because it will be likely others may experience the same type of issues in the future, so this needs to be addressed with their staff; especially with Paralegal ***********************. No action needs to be taken but I would like this review to be public so others can see the type of experience that myself as well as many others have had; considering their rating the BBB is currently an F.
