            While the seller's attorney looked after their interest, out Attorney ******************************* of ******************************************* drop the ball at every level. This attorney did not ensure the certificate of Occupancy, Roof repair Certification and all applicable repair receipts were not received prior to closing.My closing which should not have taken more than 2.5 hours at the most lasted more than 5 hours with **************** on the phone with the seller's attorney attempting to secure the documents outlined above. It is now 45 days post-closing and I still do not have the $1100 credit, Roof Certification from the seller nor his attorney and they have yet been able to produce repair receipts for my roof. Codilis wanted me to accept their offer of sending the seller's repair person out to make repairs in order to cure their contractual obligations AFTER THEY NO LONGER OWNED THE PROPERTY. As of today 1/3/22, I have not received ANY COMPENSATION, been contacted by *********************************** since 12/21 and this issue is still lingering from a closing that occurred 11/15/21.

            ******************* had incorrectly told Codilis that my house was in foreclosure--when it in fact it was not--********** called them and told them to remove it as they were in ERROR and I was NOT in forclosure now for 6 month or more...I am getting inundated with calls, mail, emails etc... wanting to buy my house.my atty and I call and ******* hangs up on me or places me on hold for long times...she I s rude and after 4 calls she has never let me say what I have stated here--I just want them to get my house out of the foreclosure listing!! Because it was never actually in foreclosure--my atty sent 2 emails and neither were returned...They are horrible to deal with!!!!***************************
