We had a work order for our dishwasher to be repaired on 12/22/2021. It is now 2/16/2022 nearly 2 months later and after 4 total visits the dishwasher technician was unable to repair the dishwasher. During one of the visits the technician performed work that damaged the dishwasher and it falls forward when pulling the racks out to insert dishes in. At the end of the 4th visit nearly 2 months later he told me that he would recommend the dishwasher for replacement with the insurance company that our appliance's are covered under but when I spoke to them they told me he did not recommend a replacement and said he could not find out what was wrong with it. I'm now left with a dishwasher that still doesn't clean the dishes but is damaged and we have been hand washing our dishes for close to two months waiting for this to get fixed. When calling to speak with a manager I was not able to even get a name or contact information of the owner or manager of the business. No support or assistance has been given and I've lost out on money and time with a dishwasher that is in worst condition than before starting this work.
