            Last year Feb 2021.I had bought a gas dryer.The delivery people from the above company.Broke the gas on and off valve.And after one year.The same dryer broke I got a new one from them.3 9 22.The delivery guys told me they were not able to shut the gas valve as it was already broken.They took back the dryer.I contacted them.It's more than 12 days.They told me to contact there Customer service.I contacted them today .They said they are not Going to Fix the gas valve.Although it was done by there Service people last year.I need this to be Resolved.Thanks Sincerely.Razisyed

            Bought all new appliances from them. Gas burner rings began melting and bubbling the first year of LIGHT USE. I use a crockpot most of the time for special diet and I have a wall oven. Found out the warranty they sold me is a scam. They DON'T want to repair it. I had to fight to get a technician who said they needed replacement and wrote the parts numbers down. However, He wanted me to check Manufacturer's **************. ********** gives me a different answer everytime I call and tells me the warranty company needs to make a work ticket. The warranty company gives me the runaround. One burner is UNSAFE to use. Junk products from Frigidaire, NO SERVICE from warranty company and NO SERVICE from Grand. Don't buy anything from them. Extended warranty is a scam.
