    I own 2 shiba inus. A girl by the name of *************************** stole my dogs. I immediately listed them lost or stolen on the akc website. And akc reunite. I then contacted springbrook. And explained the situation along with providing proof of registration with akc and purchase papers. The veterinarian could not explain how the ownership was transferred with no proof. They only told me that they would not transfer it back. So I asked them that next time the dogs are brought in. That they scan the registration chips. And follow their own protocol. They reassured me that there was note on the account as well as a post it note on the reception desk. Come to find out, the person who stole my dogs had brought them in, and aside from all their reassurances the dogs were not scanned. I called back and spoke to a different vet. Who again reassured me that there is a note on both dogs accounts. And a note at the front desk. And again the dogs were brought in and none were scanned. My dogs have been missing for 7 months. Numerous times I could have gotten my dogs back. When they were brought in. But springbrook is helping this person steal and keep my dogs. They lie to me time and time again. Now I have had to spend thousands of dollars and all the lost time with my dogs.

    This place is horrible. I started going there I really want to say shortly after they opened so maybe ten years off and on. My Maltese has been seen there the most and recently needed to be seen so we made an appt for Monday Oct 30th at 3 pm. We called them the Saturday before to schedule and was told we have a balance of *****. Seemed odd since they make you pay when you visit but I later remembered that the last time we had been there their credit card machine was down and we left the CC info with them to charge it. Ok what ever happened if we owe it we will pay it on Monday when we get there.... My husband goes in at the indicated time to be told there is no appt. This is the SECOND time this has happened at this place, both times when my husband took the dog in. The previous time was the time in which their CC system was down, THAT was the reschedule of an appt they said we didnt have. WHY would he leave work to show up at 3 on Monday if we didnt have appt? When my husband said that same thing they lady in the front called a manager. He even showed her on the phone where he had called but they had no care in the world, not even for the SICK DOG we are bringing in. This was not a routine checkup, the dog was sick, at least make a concession that there may have been a mistake made with scheduling especially since we can show that we did indeed call....I mentioned that both times it was my husband that took the dog in and was told there was no appt, what I am seeing is that they see a black man bringing in the dog and dont want to serve him? Yes I said it, only because when I am the one going I do not seem to have the problem and I happen to be white. I am not aware of any reason that we would get the disrespect that we have received given the amount of time we have been going there, my husband is the only new equation......SHAME ON YOU SPRINGBROOK.
