I would give zero stars if possible. This is the worst company to deal with. 24 Hours after booking any payments made are non-refundable. READ ALL TERMS OF AGREEMENT. I was short on funds on my final payment after paying over $900.00 and the representative *** told me that if I did not make a payment that day on my final payment than my entire booking would be cancelled with no refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Airfordable Response

We understand that financial challenges can arise unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible within the confines of our policies. We explicitly state these policies during the booking process which empowers our customers to make informed decisions when using our service.Please know that, within the confines of our service, we accommodated you by allowing you to move all four payments by a week which you did in our mobile app. Additionally, we even offered the option to split your last payment into two and move the rest two weeks later in an effort to assist you. However, you declined this option and chose to pay the last installment in full as originally scheduled.We appreciate your decision and value your understanding. I've used Airfordable for several trips and have had an amazing experience. Each time I was provided an itemized breakdown of charges and even had the option to make extra payments to help pay for my ticket in a shorter amount of time. My trips over the last few years wouldn't have been possible without the services that Airfordable offers. Looking forward to using their services again.Review from Shila B

Airfordable is a total scam. They make it seen as if you are paying in installment. So my logic is if I cancel, and they are able to subtract the cost of cancelling tickets and keep their fees, I should be ok. BUT NO, this company actually makes you pay to cancel and their customer service representative is extremely rude. The policies make no sense. You are better off waiting last minute to buy the ticket because they just find excuses to keep your money. TOTAL SCAM!Airfordable Response

We are sorry to hear our cancellation policy did not meet your expectations even though it was made available to you to agree to or opt out of prior to using our service. One thing we are not is a scam. We take pride having helped thousands of travelers book travel and take life changing trips for over 7 years. Many of them talk about their exceptional experience with us on our social media pages.Anyone who uses our service is shown our terms of service, including our cancellation policy prior to booking. This includes a refund if you canceled within 24hrs of booking or if after 24hrs, you could be subject to a cancellation fee. Like with any airline or travel service, there can be cancellation fees which is not uncommon. Upon checking, We see you requested to cancel 11 days after booking which was subject to a cancellation fee of $18 for your specific booking compared to some airlines or travel services who charge $200 or more. This policy was displayed to you at the time of booking which you could have opted to not proceed with. It was also shown in your email confirmation received after booking and also reiterated at the time of the cancellation request by our customer service team. Reiterating our policy to ensure you're certain of the implications does not make our customer service team rude.We understand plans change and that you may need to cancel ahead of completing your installment plan. This is why having travel insurance is highly recommended especially during these COVID times.We are sorry again we could not meet your expectations and we certainly appreciate your feedback.Review from Sarah W

Same issues as many here have stated. We had two business class tickets from *** to *************) to ********* (***), *******. The leg from ******** to *** was canceled by ******* Airlines, but rather than helping out at all, Airfordable essentially washed their hands of us and told us to contact Priceline whom they purchased the ticket from. I understand the service fee is the cost of doing business, however, I expect a service if I am paying a service fee. There was none. We were told to deal with it ourselves. If this is the only way you can travel then fine, but otherwise avoid at all costs.Airfordable Response

Our records show you are not the airfordable account holder for this booking so you may have missed our communication with the account holder. Upon checking, we see he was refunded well before this review was written. He understood per our terms of service that if he was eligible for a refund after completing his payment plan, he must manage that process with the airline or our booking partner. He was provided all the necessary information to do this and was refunded accordingly.Review from Joseph D

I am extremely pleased with Airfordable. They do not hide any information from you, and they're extremely straightforward with you. They tell you all the fees that they charge, they tell you why they charge the fees, and they work extremely hard to communicate with you. I booked a flight to ********** for the holidays at around the middle of October. After searching day in and out for good tickets, they were all arm and a leg expensive. I decided to bite the bullet and try out Airfordable. At first I was extremely skeptical. I read all the reviews on Trustpilot, BBB, and went on many forums and saw a lot of horror stories. But I also noticed one thing: Airfordable typically responded to them and explained what happened, and also tried to get into contact with the person. The other biggest complaint was "They charge a hidden interest fee!". I went ahead and found an airline ticket I wanted, followed the instructions they gave me, and they quickly responded to me with a list of payment plans, how much everything was going to be, and why they charged certain things. There was no "hidden interest", there was the initial service fee (which is totally fine and reasonable, when you go to a mechanic or any other service, you get charged this). I did the math and everything paid off appropriately. It took me about 5 weeks to pay it off, and they gave me my ticket, airline confirmation number, and everything. I double checked everything on the ticket confirmation number, and everything was correct. I am satisfied with this.Let me repeat myself again: There is no hidden interest. There is nothing hidden about this company: everything is literally laid out in front of you. They tell you when things are non-refundable, they tell you when there's going to be a charge, and it's all reasonable and laid out in plain sight.And if there is any issue, they are extremely helpful and communicative and always want to help you out. If I ever need to use Airfordable again, I definitely will.
